A HAND-HELD LABELLING OR PRINTING MECHANISM WITH A BELT OR WHEEL PRINTING MECHANISM (4) HAS A STATIONARY HANDLE (8) AND A HAND LEVER (7) MOUNTED SO THAT IT CAN PIVOT.
