SINCE IT PROTRUDES AT A DISTANCE AWAY FROM THE SIDE OF THE VEHICLE BODY, AND IS LOCATED APPROXIMATELY AT SHOULDER-LEVEL OF A SEATED PERSON, THE INVENTION RENDERS A GREATER VISIBILITY PARTICULARLY TO AN OBSERVER NOT IMMEDIATELY BEHIND.
