THE FIRST PHASE-CONVERTING ELEMENT (22) CONVERTS THE DESCENDING SPLITTING WATER (2) OR A DISPERSED PHASE TO A CONTINUOUS PHASE AND CONVERTS THE ASCENDING FAT AND OIL(1) OF A CONTINUOUS PHASE TO A DISPERSED PHASE. THE GUIDING ELEMENT (23 OR 23) INTRODUCES THE SPLITTING WATER (2) CONVERTED TO A CONTINUOUS PHASE TO BELOW THE FIRST PHASE-CONVERTING ELEMENT (22).
