Abstract

THIS INVENTION RELATES TO A METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR THE CREATION OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL IMAGERY. THE METHOD AND APPARATUS INCLUDE FORMING OR CREATING THREE-DIMENSIONAL IMAGERY ON AT LEAST ONE SCREEN SURFACE FORMED BY AND COMPRISING A PLURALITY OF CHANGING PLANES OF IMAGERY. ONE OR MORE IMAGES FROM A PLURALITY OF ANGLES ARE PROJECTED ONTO SAID AT LEAST ONE SCREEN SURFACE, AND FROM ABOUT A COMMON CENTRE. THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE INVENTION IS SUCH THAT ONE OR MORE IMAGES FROM A PLURALITY OF ANGLES ARE DISPLAYED ON SAID AT LEAST ONE SCREEN SURFACE AT SUBSTANTIALLY CORRESPONDING ANGLES. THE PLANES OF IMAGERY OF SAID AT LEAST ONE SCREEN SURFACE CHANGE AT SUCH A SPEED AND SAID ONE OR MORE IMAGES ARE SO PROJECTED THAT, TO THE EYE, SAID ONE OR MORE IMAGES APPEAR SIMULTANEOUSLY AND IN THREE-DIMENSIONAL FORM ON SAID AT LEAST ONE SCREEN SURFACE.
