Abstract
A SAMPLE PREPARING METHOD FOR THE PHOSPHOR LAYER OF A CATHODE RAY TUBE IS DISCLOSED WHICH COMPRISES: STEP OF SOFTENING THE PHOSPHOR LAYER ADHERED TO A PANEL BY TREATING A PROPER CHEMICAL; STEP OF DETACHING THE PHOSPHOR LAYER FROM THE PANEL BY APPLYING ANOTHER PROPER CHEMICAL; STEP OF CLEANING THE DETACHED PHOSPHOR LAYER WITH PURE WATER; AND STEP OF HEAT-TREATING THE CLEANED PHOSPHOR LAYER AT A CERTAIN TEMPERATURE, THEREBY FORMING A SAMPLE OF PHOSPHOR LAYER IN THE FORM OF A THIN FILM. THE METHOD OF THE PRESENT INVENTION WILL GREATLY CONTRIBUTE TO CARRYING OUT CONVENIENTLY AND PRECISELY THE LAYER INSPECTIONS SUCH INSPECTIONS FOR; THE SHAPE OF THE PHOSPHOR PARTICLES, THE BONDING STATE OF THE PHOSPHOR PARTICLES, THE THICKNESS OF THE FORMED PHOSPHOR LAYER, THE THICKNESS OF THE FILMING LAYER, AND THE FORMATION STATE OF THE BLACK MATRIX.
