Abstract

The present invention solves the current problems of joining two panels at the construction site. One of these problems is that sometimes the panel installer does not use any type of union meshes, generating unions without any resistance provoking fissures or serious faults, the ties between panels remain loose, these are made by the installer under his judgment, being this not always the correct one. With the current systems is difficult to check that all the ties are made in the correct quantity and adequate locations, making all the specified ties slow;additionally to the union mesh there are required clasps or additional annealed wire, such ties made with wire generate bulky knots, which protrude, impeding the correct application when the leveling is performed. The proposed solution, is a panel having a series of hooks or lugs that achieve a pre-tightened union when fastened, in order to make perfect unions eliminating fissures or serious faults in the constructions, all ties are pre-tightened, and are done in the correct quantity and adequate location, consistent with the specifications of the fabricant, thing that, facilitates the verification, theties are done in less time, there is no need of additional meshes, wires or devices to join panels, said ties let flat surfaces facilitating the leveling.

Description

CONSTRUCTIVE PANEL WITH INTEGRATED PRE-TENSION JOINTS BACKGROUND At present, the building panels, based on a three-dimensional structure of steel wire with a core of some insulating material, which are later coated with mortar or concrete, have frequent cracking problems, when two panels are joined together, different causes such as: not using a mesh binding, loose ties, ties in wrong places, insufficient moorings, difficulty in inspecting the moorings, slowness in making all the required moorings and not wanting to spend in the meshes union, among others.
KNOWN BACKGROUND The building panels referred to in the preceding section, are formed, namely, by two meshes, usually steel wire, which are placed on both sides of the panels, through an insulator. These meshes are joined together by wire connectors that pass through the insulator.
The wire meshes are formed by welded wires in a grid form. These connectors are welded wires that join one mesh with another forming, in a way, triangles, trapezoids, rhombuses or straight wires.
Also, there are the so-called union meshes, which present several problems, in an enunciative manner, that the ties are loose, the ties are made at the discretion of the installer and often remain in the wrong places, to name just a few.
They are also, the meshes with ears, same that are wires that are placed along the joints between two panels, which when bending cause unions between the two panels, this type of mesh generates, in an enunciative form, the following disadvantages and problems, it is slow to make all the ties correctly and / or it is required to acquire the mesh in addition to the panel.
On the other hand, we have the panels with flap for joining, that is, panels whose lateral mesh that forms said panel, protrudes at the ends forming a flap, which in the joints between two panels acts as a binding mesh, which, It also generates the problems mentioned in previous paragraphs.
Finally, another well-known antecedent is the union with rods, since sometimes the installers of panels realize the unions of two panels, using pieces of corrugated rod, said rods are tied to both panels with annealed wire, which causes the same problems.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The characteristic details of this new panel, called "construction panel with pre-tensioned joints "integrated", are clearly shown in the following description and the accompanying drawings, as well as with an illustration thereof and following the same reference signs to indicate the parts and figures shown.
Figure 1 is a perspective of the panel formed by two meshes. Figure 2 is a sectional view of the panel with an insulator in the center. Figure 3 is a perspective view of the panel with ears for assembly. Figure 4 is a view of the panel for assembly with the adjacent panel. Figure 5 is a view of the union of the hooks or ears with the adjacent panel. Figure 6 is a side view of the panel in which the wires have been bent and joined. Figure 7 is a form of the panel in which the ears are joined by welding. Figure 8 is a modality in the ears that are manufactured to be joined to the panel by a tie. Figure 9 is a view of the ways in which the ears can be used, either on the four sides of both faces or only on some faces. Figure 10 is a view of the ways in which the ears can be used, either on the four sides of both faces or only on some faces.
With reference to said figures, the "constructive panel with integrated pre-tensioned joints", consists of a panel (1) formed by two flat meshes (2) of steel wire, electrowelded with an insulating material in the center, joined together , by steel wire connectors that form triangles (4) (up to here essentially and equal to the existing panels in the market). At the ends of the panel (1) the wires (5) forming the mesh protrude in pairs joined together, forming a series of ears (6), along the contours of the panel.
These ears that form hooks have a length such that when two panels are placed to be joined together, this series of ears overlap the adjacent panel in such a way that by means of folds (7) and (8), with a hook they are wound around any transverse wire of the adjacent panel, generating such tension, which generates a pre-tensioned joint between two panels.
These ears can be used on all four sides of both sides of the panel or only on some faces, as shown in Figures 9 and 10.
In order to manufacture the panel, the transverse wires of the panel of such length are allowed to be (5) such that they can be bent and joined together (6) and can be wound on some of the transverse wires of the adjacent panel (7) and (8) . The process also allows the transverse wires forming the panel to be placed in continuous pairs at one end and the end which is continuous thus forming the ears (6) of the panel of this invention.
There are three basic ways to perform the union of the panel, which vary according to the manufacturer's specifications, namely: A) Continuous wire tips: this consists in that in order to manufacture the panel (1) of the present invention, the transverse wires (5) of the panel are left of such length that they can be bent and joined to each other, as shown in FIG. appreciate in figure 5. The doubles of the wires to join the tips, can be done within its plastic limit being crossed the wires one on another, so that in a second step, the union of the same is done, it can also be done flexing both wires at the same time and while they remain flexed, the union is made. In both cases the union of the wires can be done by welding or winding one wire over the other.
B) Of added ears: this consists, first in making the ears (9) and, in a second stage, they are joined, this union can be done, by means of welding, staples or winding the same wire from the ear to the panel, according to it can be seen in figure 7, first modality.
C) Of ears with tie: this consists, in joining through a tie, the ears previously folded at their ends with mesh panel, as shown in Figure 8, second mode.
With the present panel, which is a panel that has integrated a series of ears (6) that when fastened with the adjacent panel achieve a pre-tensioned joint (8), problems are solved, such as, eliminate cracks or serious faults in the constructions with panel and in contrast, the moorings are always made in the correct amount and always in the right place following the specifications of the

maker. Also with the present panel, it is very easy to supervise that all the moorings have been done correctly and in the specified amount. The mooring between two panels is done in less than half the time of any other system, plus no additional nets, wires, or other devices need to be purchased. The panel of the present invention can be used in straight or corner joints between two panels, in dividing walls, load-bearing walls, roof slabs, mezzanine slabs, facades, skirts, stairs, enclosures, architectural details, or in any union between two panels, not limiting the usefulness of the panel object of the present invention. CLAIMS Having described the invention as above, I consider as a novelty and therefore claim my property, contained in the following clauses:
1. - Constructive panel with integrated pre-tensioned joints, consisting of a panel formed by two flat steel wire mesh, electrowelded, characterized by the ears that protrude from the mesh, overlap the adjacent panel and the tie or hooks that is carried out between the panels is carried out in the shortest time possible, ensuring correct moorings in indicated places.
2. - Constructive panel with integrated pre-tensioned joints according to clause 1, characterized in that the hooks or ears can be part of the wires forming two side meshes of the panel.
3. - Constructive panel with integrated pre-tensioned joints according to clause 1, which are characterized by the hooks or ears, which by their nature, by wrapping them with the adjacent panel form the pre-tensioned joint.
4. - Constructive panel with integrated pre-tensioned joints according to clause 1, which is characterized because the moorings made in the panels leave flat moorings that facilitate flattening. SUMMARY The current problem is to join two panels on site: sometimes the panel installer due to lack of knowledge, negligence or because they do not have the necessary tools or attachments, does not use any type of joint meshes, generating unions without resistance that cause cracks or serious faults, the moorings between panels are loose, are made at the discretion of the installer, staying in incorrect places or do not make the specified number of moorings for a correct connection. With current systems it is difficult to supervise that all tie-downs are made in the correct amount and at the right places, which makes all specified tie-downs, in addition to the additional tie-in mesh, required staples or additional annealed wire, such moorings made with wire they generate thick knots, which when flattening, protrude, hindering the correct application. The proposed solution is a panel that has a series of hooks or ears that, when fastened, achieve a pre-tensioned joint, to make perfect joints eliminating cracks or serious faults in the constructions, all the ties are pre-tensioned, such moorings are made in the right amount and in the right place, according to the manufacturer's specification, which facilitates the supervision, the moorings are made in less time, no additional meshes are required, wires or devices to join the panels, said moorings leave flat surfaces that facilitate flattening.
