(Prior Art) Conventionally, concrete legal frameworks have been constructed as protection works for sloped mountains and slopes. There are various methods of constructing this method, but the paper form construction method or the formwork embedding method is often used because of its good workability.

The former method, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 54-10504, uses a lightweight and disposable core-shaped paper form to cast concrete for the legal frame. The latter construction method was developed in 1973.
As shown in Publication No. 46362, a wire mesh formwork is combined with a reinforcing cage and concrete is sprayed on it.
It is to be buried.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) The former construction method has the advantage that the formwork is lightweight, easy to construct, and has high construction accuracy, but because the formwork is made of paper, its strength is low and the reinforcement material This method not only requires a large number of blocks, but also has the problem that it is difficult to use for a frame with a large cross section. In addition, the latter method can be applied to slope frames of various sizes and cross-sections, but it is troublesome to assemble the wire mesh formwork and reinforcing bar basket, and since the formwork is wire mesh, it is difficult to form slope frames with large cross sections. In some cases, it is necessary to provide various types of reinforcement, and the wire mesh has many irregularities, resulting in poor construction accuracy and the need for a topcoat to further shape the concrete after it has been sprayed. ing.

In the apparatus of the present invention, a plurality of the above-mentioned formwork members 1, 1 are assembled as shown in FIG. 1 to form an embedded formwork for a concrete method frame. That is, the two formwork members 1, 1 are erected on the ground at a required interval with the engaging portions 5 of the transverse reinforcements 2 facing each other, and are erected on the ground as shown in FIG. As shown, the connecting members 6, 6, each of which has both ends bent in an L shape and provided with engaging pieces 7, 7 for connecting to the engaging parts 5, are spanned and connected between the opposing engaging parts 5, 5. In addition, connecting parts 4, 4, which are mutually deflected from other formwork members 1, are inserted into each of the two facing formwork members 1, 1, as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, and overlapped. At the same time, the anchor material 8 is inserted into the overlapping loop portions to connect them, and the anchor material 8 is driven into the ground and fixed.

(Effects of the invention) As explained above, the formwork device of the present invention connects a large number of horizontal bars and a large number of vertical bars, each of which has a loop-shaped connecting portion at both ends, in a lattice shape, and arranges them at the upper and lower parts. At the intermediate portions of the horizontal reinforcements, engaging portions that curve horizontally are provided to form formwork members, and the formwork members are arranged facing each other at a required interval, and the formwork members are engaged with the horizontal reinforcements. These formwork members and other formwork members adjacent in the longitudinal direction are connected by an anchor pin by overlapping their loop-shaped connecting parts. The feature is that the formwork members, which are the constituent materials of the formwork, have a large number of horizontal and vertical reinforcements connected together in a lattice shape, so they have excellent strength and rigidity, and are suitable for use in large cross-section slope frames. The construction accuracy is good without using batten or other reinforcing materials, and there is little unevenness on the surface of the poured concrete, and even when topcoating for shaping, it is easy to use because of the parallel horizontal reinforcement. Easy and accurate fitting. Furthermore, since each formwork is connected to each other by connecting the loop-shaped parts and connecting the connecting material to the engaging part of the horizontal reinforcement, it is possible to easily and efficiently create a strong formwork. There is no need for troublesome work such as removing batten materials and reinforcing materials, and since the connection is made through a loop-shaped part, it is possible to move freely through that part, and therefore the legal frame can be easily fixed. The formwork at the intersection can be freely formed, and it has excellent adaptability to the irregularities of the ground, and it has many excellent effects, such as being able to adapt to various conditions such as size using the same material. It is something to play.
