Description

SYSTEM OF LEAF SUPPORT, REMOVABLE, FOR LIQUORS, FOOD PROCESSORS AND SIMILAR APPLIANCES Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a removable sheet support system for home appliances such as blenders, food processors and other similar apparatuses, with an excellent seal and which also allows the facilitated removal of the aforementioned sheet support assembly, thus allowing a complete cleaning of the parts comprising the aforementioned assembly as well as the interior of the jug of the home appliance. Other coupling systems for the sheet holder assembly of blenders and food processors in general are already known; those that allow the removal of the support mounting from the jug of the mentioned apparatus very often are not practical, since they are complicated in their use, having several delicate parts prone to breakage, which make cleaning difficult, and other times that require a considerable physical force to remove the Ref.031277 jug from the mentioned jar; frequently, when the removal is facilitated, the joint placement or reassembly of the assembly on the jug of the apparatus is not, representing a real puzzle for the user. Additionally, the sealing systems used are also not good, being frequently of an absurd complexity, without avoiding leakage efficiently and showing rapid wear. The object of the present invention is to provide a removable sheet support system for home appliances of the blender or food processor type, allowing easier cleaning of the parts which comprise the support assembly of the mentioned sheets as well as the interior of the appliance jug, which has an efficient seal to prevent leakage. Such an objective is achieved by means of a system which has tweezers connected to an activation button, on the jug of the home appliance, which, when pressed, release the coupling of the aforementioned leaf support assembly, with the aforementioned jug, allowing its removal. The placement of the reinstallation of the same assembly on the aforementioned jar is also very simple, thanks to the quick and safe coupling system, always guaranteeing the correct position of the blades and having a simple and efficient sealing system which prevents leakage of the blade. water and other liquids contained inside the jar. Below the present invention will be described in greater detail based on an exemplary embodiment depicted in the drawings. The Figures show: Figure 1 is a side sectional view of the lower section of a jug of a blender or similar apparatus having the support system of the invention. Figure 2 is a side view of a blade support assembly according to the invention. Figure 3 is a first top view of the internal bottom section of the jar of a blender or similar apparatus, in detail, showing the sheet support assembly installed in the jar. Figure 4 is a second top view of the lower internal section of the aforementioned jar, of a blender or similar apparatus, in detail, when the jug of the mentioned support assembly is to be removed. Figure 5 is a third top view of the inner lower section of the aforementioned jar, in detail, when it is already possible to remove the mentioned support assembly from the jar.
Figure 6 is a side view of an alternative modification of the blade support assembly, according to the invention. Figure 7 is a side sectional view of the lower section of a jug of a blender or similar apparatus, having the support system of the invention in a modified alternative, together with the detailed enlarged view D, which allows better observation of the mentioned modification.
Detailed description of the invention Figure 1 shows a side section view of a jug (0) of a blender or similar device, which has a mounting (2) of sheet support (L) installed. It is possible to observe a jug (C) belonging to the blender or similar device, comprised of a catch (8) for the limitation of the run and a dividing element (9), which is fixed to the motor shaft of the mentioned apparatus and it is the first to be coupled to the coupling element (M) whose axis rotates inside the internal bearing (not shown) of the mentioned assembly (2) fixed to the leaves (L) to rotate them. Accordingly, the divider element (9) and the coupling element (M) form an elastic coupling sleeve between the motor shaft and the shaft (2) of the blade support assembly (L). They also have a notch (4) in the aforementioned assembly (2), which houses a latch (7 ') in a band of flexible material (11) diametrically surrounding a round part (15) which comprises the assembly (2) . The jug (0) has around its internal section a surrounding protrusion (14) which makes contact with a sealing ring (12) of deformable material, which applies pressure at all times when the assembly (2) is installed in the pitcher (0), thus providing an efficient seal. The mentioned band also has two curved bending spring portions (6), not shown in this Figure, integrated to a length of the rectilinear band (10) fixed to a button (3); near the portions (6) of the spring, projecting from the length (10), there are two arms of clips (1) of a laminar shape showing a latch (7) at one of its ends. The jug (0) has, on the side of its body, near its base, a through opening in which the button (3) is fixed, which can be depressed by the user, moving it through the aforementioned opening, without However, without the challenge of the jar (0). Obviously, this button (3) is projected towards the external side of the aforementioned jar (0), for user access. Figure 2 shows a side view of the support assembly (2) outside the jar (0), comprised of the round part (15) which is hollow, truncated cone-shaped in its upper section, forming an open cavity in its lower section wherein the coupling element (M) will be located, not shown; there is also a detailed notch (4) parallel to a notch (5), both around the intermediate portion of the part (15). The notch (4) will accommodate the latches (7) and (7"), when the assembly (2) is installed in the jar (0), while the notch (5), which has all around its bottom edge a surrounding wall (13), is proposed to house the sealing ring (12). Figure 3 shows a top view of the inner lower section of the jug of a blender or similar apparatus, showing the mentioned assembly (2) installed in the jug (0), represented by a dotted line, and with the leaves (L) ), the sealing ring (12), the notch (5) and the surrounding wall (13) that have been omitted to give a clearer view. Notice how the latches (7) and (7 ') fit or fit into the aforementioned notch (4), firmly holding the assembly (2) in place. The portions (6) of the spring of the band (11) are interconnected with each other, as explained above, by a length (10) of the rectilinear band, which is integrated to them, fastened to the button (3) and the arms of the clamps (1). Figure 4 shows what happens when the user presses the button (3) to remove the support assembly (2) from the sheet from the jug (0). The leaves (L), the sealing ring (12), the notch (5) and the surrounding wall (13) were omitted to offer a clearer view. The button (3) pushes the rectilinear length (10) of the band, which in turn pushes the spring portions (6) and will lean on the inner wall of the jar (0) and, since they are integrated with the band (11), will cause it to open, which causes the movement of the sear or bolt (7 ') coming out of the notch (4) of the assembly (2). At the same time, the intermediate section of the arms (1) of the clamps, are also pressed against the assembly (2) that makes them open, also moving their latches (7) out of the notch (4). Figure 5 ends by showing the situation of the maximum pressure on the button (3), when the clamps (1) and the band or strap (11) have already fully opened and the latches (7) and (7 ') they are already completely out of the notch (4), thus releasing the assembly (2) and allowing its quiet removal from below the jug (0). The leaves (L), the sealing ring (12), the notch (5) and the surrounding wall (13) were omitted to offer a clearer view. Figure 6 is a side view of a support assembly (2 ') separate from a jug (0) of a blender or similar apparatus, not shown, which constitutes an alternative modification of the invention. Leaves (L) were omitted only because of a larger graphic simplicity. This assembly. { 2 '), is almost completely identical to the support assembly (2) already described, which is formed by the same round hollow part (15), which also has the notch (4) mentioned, parallel to a notch (5') , which surround both the middle section of part (15). The notch (5 '), proposed to house the sealing ring (12'), not shown, has its entire surrounding lower edge wedged and does not have the surrounding wall (13) mentioned, this being the only difference between the support mounts ( 2) and (2 '). Figure 7, a side sectional view of the jug (0), has the support assembly (2 ') installed and constitutes an alternative modification of the invention. It is possible to observe the body (C) belonging to the blender or similar device, already described. The jug (0 ') has around it a surrounding projection (14'), this projection (14 ') has everything around its lower edge in the shape of a wedged edge (17). This edge (17) makes contact with a wedged edge (16) of a sealing ring (12 ') made of a deformable material, pressing it in all. While the assembly (2 ') is installed in the jar (0'), thus providing an alternative form of sealing, this variation is equally efficient. The detailed view D, indicated in a circle of dotted lines, shows an enlarged cut of the wedged edge (16) of the sealing ring (12 '), noting that it is located adjacent to the outer side and the upper sections of the ring (12'). ). This view also provides a better picture of the contact area between this edge (16) and the wedged edge (17) of the surrounding projection (14 '), as well as the notch (5') in which the sealing ring (12) ') is hosted. Now it is possible to understand the function of the run stop limiter (8) in the body (C), with the assembly (2, 2 ') installed, even if you try to push the said button (3), the rectilinear length ( 10) of the band will make contact with the retainer (8) without allowing the button to move, thus preventing the release or removal of the mentioned assembly (2, 2 '). The jug (0, 0 ') must be removed from the body (C) of the apparatus so that it is capable of removing the mentioned assembly (2, 2'). To insert the assembly (2, 2 ') into the jar (0, 0 ') it is sufficient to introduce it through the opening in the bottom of the jar (0, 0') and push it into place. Thanks to the truncated cone shape of the part (15), the assembly (2, 2 ') is introduced to the jar (0, 0') and stops when the surrounding projection (14, 14 ') touches the sealing ring (12, 12') and, simultaneously, the detents or latches (7) and (7 ') are inserted into the notch (4) strongly securing the assembly (2, 2'). The following advantages can be obtained with the system proposed here, either that originally described according to Figures 1 to 5 or its variable described in Figures 6 and 7: the jug (0, 0 ') without the blade assembly (2, 2 '), can be washed better and easier in dishwashing machines; the system of equipment or adjustment of the assembly (2, 2 ') to the jar (0, 0') is very reliable to keep the leaves in their correct position, even when it is operated with foods that are difficult to be shredded, such like seeds, ice cubes, etc .; low cost Having described a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that the scope of the present invention covers other possible variations, being limited only by the content of the appended claims, wherein possible equivalents are included.
It is noted that in relation to this date, the best method known by the applicant to carry out the aforementioned invention, is the conventional one for the manufacture of the objects to which it relates.
Having described the invention as above, property is claimed as contained in the following
