Description

DETACHABLE CONTAINER Field of the invention The present invention is concerned with a box for transporting and storing different products, manufactured or not, which can be disassembled and restored its original form several times. More particularly, the present invention is concerned with a wooden box that is fully assembled and disassembled by only one person, which is used appropriately to transport parts and automotive parts over long distances.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Transportation of products over long distances often requires packaging systems that are resistant and appropriate for each type of material transported. Thus, for example, the transportation of parts of automotive vehicles is taken from the manufacturing plant to the assembly or assembly plant. The parts for the assembly or assembly of automotive vehicles are generally made of metal with precision and uniformity and must reach the assembly line or assembly without any type of physical damage to its structure, mainly damages that may affect its use. or make it unusable, so they must be processed in high precision equipment REF .: 31178 in the vehicle assembly or assembly plant. Accordingly, such damages as deformation of the structure, surface corrosion, scratches on the fabricated parts of plates and provided with surface treatment and the like are undesirable. In view of such demand of the automotive industry, boxes elaborated in general of wood have been developed, since this is the most appropriate material for that type of transportation, to satisfy all the needs of transportation such as security, resistance, impermeability to water , also as the ability to be stacked, deformed and disassembled or disassembled. However, despite those industrial demands, traditional boxes that can not be disassembled are still in use and for that reason have a short half-life and are not cost effective, as well as being bulky and heavy to be handled, which makes it difficult to transport them. There are at least two types of boxes on the market that can be fully disassembled and restored to their original form that are frequently used in the automotive industry. The first and developed and patented on behalf of the applicant with the number BR 6200841 and marketed under the trade name Vicaixa®, is provided with a base structure made of plywood and consists of a bottom, four sides and cover that are held together by means of metal angular bars that have fasteners. The angle bars are provided with teeth that are bonded to the surface in a plywood manner by means of compression. The closing of the box is carried out by means of the fixing of the retainer provided on one of the sides of the pair of angular bars in a groove provided in the part on the opposite side of the pair of angular bars. A variant of that design, which can be partially disassembled, provides the joining of the sides together by means of a metallic band that is also provided with teeth for its attachment to the plywood surface, positioned longitudinally between each pair of sides. Metal belts make it possible to fold one side over the other. Despite the fact that the Vicaixa® box mentioned above satisfactorily meets the automotive industrial requirements, it presents some problems related to the maintenance and conservation of the same, since the metal parts, angular bars and ribbons are exposed on the structure of the box. This effects the direct contact of metal / metal and / or metal / wood, thus damaging the metal parts and the wooden structure of the box. However, this contact is not desirable insofar as such boxes are transported and stored, since it causes the interruption of the joining portions of the walls of the box and consequently damages to the product stored therein. In addition, after it is disassembled, for the first time, a transverse crack is created in the fixing bracket of the angle bar, which makes it difficult to assemble it for a second time. Still, in view of the fact that the parts are made of metal, the box can be made only of folded wood of 4 to 12 mm thickness. The second design mentioned above, also as improvements thereto and applications thereof, were developed by Clip-Lok International Limited, known under the trade name of Clip-Lok®, described in PCT published patent applications WO 95 / 13969, WO 94/25355 and WO 93/17930, in the Brazilian patent application BR 9305437 and in the British patent GB 2 257 453. Like the box Vicaixa® mentioned above, the Clip-Lok® box is also provided with a structure base made of plywood and consists of bottom plates compensated, four sides and cover held together by means of metal staples or fasteners that can be placed under pressure in holes or recesses provided in the surfaces of the plywood plates, to keep them thus interlaced with each other. After being joined, the metal plates are removed when the box is disassembled by the use of a special tool. However, the Clip-Lok® system, despite also satisfying automotive industrial needs, has intrinsic difficulties and disadvantages. When the box is disassembled, if the fasteners have not been properly attached, they can loosen under pressure when transported. A box assembled without a fastener is a box without the security required for transportation and storage, since it can be crushed or folded due to internal and / or external pressure on it caused by the oscillation when transported. The fastener is attached to and removed from the box under pressure and therefore such submission makes it a part of a short half-life. In addition, the Clip-Lok® system is also a box that has exposed parts on its surface which can cause, as stated above, the direct contact of metal / metal and / or metal / wood, thus damaging the metal parts and the wooden structure of the box. Still, a common occurrence with the boxes mentioned above is the lack of proper insulation in the product itself against external agents, such as water and / or sea water when transported by boat, such agents penetrate to the inside of the box through its cover.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to overcome the imperfections of prior art boxes for transportation and storage mentioned above. Another object of the present invention is to provide a box that satisfies the automotive industrial demands for the transportation and temporary storage of the parts in general. Still another object of the present invention is to provide a highly secure, water-tight case with a long half-life having a versatile configuration with no exposed metal part on the surface thereof. Additionally, an object of the present invention is to provide a box that, based on the principles used to develop the Vicaixa® box of the state of the art described above, is fully improved in its structural framework, as well as in the aspects associated with its operability , functionality and maintenance. These and other objects are obtained by the box of the invention for transportation and storage, which basically consists of a bottom plate, four side plates and a top or wooden top, where the side plates are coupled together by means of pairs of lateral joints or hinges interconnected by metal rods. The side plates are coupled to the bottom plate or bottom plate by means of pairs of parts developed especially for them and to the cover by means of Velero® type closures or other closures similar to it, which can be easily opened and closed.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION According to figures 1 to 10, which is a preferred embodiment of the box for transporting and storing products according to the present invention, the box comprises a lower plate (10) or pallet-like bottom plate provided with a lower support insert (11), four identical side plates (20) and one upper cover (30). The upper cover (30) is provided with double Velero® type retainers or fasteners (30 ') or the like in the middle portions of its four ends, the fasteners or detents cooperate with respective pairs (20") provided at the upper ends of the side plates (20) The lower plate (10) is provided in each of its four boundary lines with longitudinal recesses or recesses (12).; 13) each of which is followed by the respective metal fixing parts (12 ', 13') disposed at the boundary by the recesses or recesses (12; 13).
The metal fixing portions (12 ', 13') are described in greater detail later herein. The side plates (20) shown in more detail in Figures 7 and 10 have a straight base (21) to be supported on the lower insert (11) and longitudinal side recesses or recesses (22; 23) where pairs of hinges or folding metal joints (24; 25) are to be mounted, such pairs are adjusted in the respective pairs disposed in the adjacent side plate (24 '; 25'). Each pair of engoznes or joints aligned on the same edge of the box are then joined together by means of a metal rod (40). The metal rod has a folded end with an upper L shape in order to be handled properly during the assembly and disassembly operations of the box. At the upper end, the side plates (20) have a longitudinal protrusion (26) to fit on the cover (30). Additionally, each of the side plates (20) has at its lower end at its base boundary, two metal parts (27; 28) that fit or insert the respective metal fixing parts (12 '; 13') arranged at the boundary of the holes or recesses (12; 13) of the bottom or bottom part (10). It should be understood that in spite of the fact that the above features have been referred to and / or shown on one or more sides, they coexist in the remainder where they have not been referred and / or shown. More specifically, in Figures 4, 5 and 6, the characteristics and details of the bottom (10) of the box according to the present invention can be seen, the bottom has a smaller area than that of the lower support insert. (11) and holes or recesses (12; 13) are provided at their four ends, at the border of which are the parts (12; 13 '). The parts (12 ', 13') are provided with respective fixing bolts (12", 13") which cooperate with respective sliding coupling parts. (27; 28) to thereby form a lower fixing retainer on the side plates (20). The parts (12 ', 13') are pressed into the surface of the bottom wood (10). Figure 6 illustrates the part (12 ') which is pressed into the surface of the bottom (10) by means of small wedges (12a; 12b) formed by notches (12c; 12d) provided on the surface of the part (12); '). The same applies to part (13 '). This configuration positions the lower plate (10) of the box of the invention to the interior of the lower support insert (11). In FIG. 7 and details B and C a side plate (20), a hinge (24) and a sliding coupling part (27) are shown in an amplified view in detail. It can be seen in these figures that the plate (20) is internally provided with longitudinal side holes (22; 23) to the inner boundary of which metal folding joints (24; 25) are joined by means of three wedges (24a; 24b; 24c) arranged on their own surfaces. The joints or hinges are of the usual known type, but it should be emphasized here that they can be arranged with their joint parts (24 ') and facing the recesses and recesses (22; 23), the outer limits of which Do not overdo it More specifically, it can be seen that the sliding coupling part (27) has a "U" profile, however one of the parallel surfaces (27c) is wider than the other (27e) and the base thereof is provided. with two wedge-shaped notches (27a; 27b) for attachment to the side plate (20). Figure 8 shows the cover plate (30) and cross-sectional details of its coupling with the side plates (20). It can be seen that the cover 30 is provided on the inner surface with a longitudinal recess (31) that is aligned with and fits perfectly to the wedge-shaped longitudinal protrusion (26) provided at the upper end of the side plate (20) . The adjustment is such that it prevents water from entering the box, thus eliminating the need for protective films required in the present for the listing boxes of the art.
The interior of the box shown in Figure 1 is illustrated in Figure 10, to make it evident that all metal parts are located in the internal portion thereof, to avoid additional stresses thereof as well as the friction caused by it. the oscillation of the load during transportation. It should be noted that, in spite of the fact that Figures 1 to 10 show therein a box provided with a pair of joints (24; 25) and a pair of parts (27; 28) and (12 '; 13' ), the quantity and the material to manufacture such elements can vary, depending on the dimensions and closing conditions required for it. Figures 11 to 17 show a particularly preferred embodiment of the box of the invention. The following improvements are sought in this modality: - joints or external hinges that allow a global visualization of the elements to assemble and disassemble the box; - joints or external hinges that allow the operator that assembles and disassembles the box to fully visualize the coupling / uncoupling operation of the fixing rods when the boxes are stacked at greater heights; - joints or hinges having an internal / external alternating connection above / below the midline of the side plate that provides more stability to the union of the side plates to the box and at the same time cut the number in half of articulations or engoznes; - a lower metal fixing part of the side plates stamped as a single body, which provides more mechanical resistance thereto; and - a recess or upper recess in the side plate, which makes it possible to obtain a perfect fit of the ends of the joint fixing rod and avoids the vertical displacements of the rod. It should be noted that despite the fact that this box configuration is provided with an external metal part, there are only four of them and can be adjusted in specific recesses or recesses in such a way that they do not project from the surface of the side plates . According to what is illustrated in figures 11 to 14, it can be seen that in this configuration the box for transporting and storing different products according to the invention consists of a side plate structure (200) provided with recesses or recesses ( 210; 220) along their lateral ends, arranged alternately to the inside / outside, on which are the joints (230 '; 240') of the respective joints (230; 240). The joints or hinges (230; 240) are joined to the same plate (200) in an internal / external alternating junction above / below its X line, horizontal median. In the upper portion, the plate (200) is provided with a horizontal recess (250) which is sufficient for the upper L-shaped end of the rod (400) to be adjusted and fixed thereon against displacement vertical. In figures 15 to 17, it can be seen that the lower metal fixing part (120 ') of the side plates (200) is provided with an arc-shaped notch (120') on its own surface. The metal fixing part (120) is joined to the base plate (100) of the box by means of small wedges (120 ') which are also stamped on their own surface. Thus, it is evident that this metal fixing part is manufactured in a single stamping operation. It should be noted that, with this arrangement of the parts of the box of the invention, whose parts are made of anticorrosion metal material, which is otherwise subjected to anti-corrosion treatment, all the disadvantages found in the main container designs currently in Use in the market all over the world are eliminated, mainly those boxes made of folded wood which in turn are used to transport parts and automotive parts of the factory to the assembly plant, either by road or rail or sea. It is noted that in relation to this date, the best method known by the applicant to carry out the aforementioned invention is the conventional one for the manufacture of the objects to which it refers.
