Description

"REINFORCED DOOR AND ASSOCIATED MANUFACTURING PROCEDURE * OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a reinforced door of the type consisting essentially of a central core of low density agglomerate, and the manufacturing process used to obtain it. The object of the invention is the use of a central panel obtained by cutting the own bale of agglomerate of the door for its subsequent internal reinforcement by means of DM sheets that provide an added re-assistance to this panel. It is also the object of the invention that the perimeter edge of the panel is covered with wooden frames for its subsequent mounting on the opening made in the agglomerate core of the door, for its subsequent coating by means of a protective sheet that pro- it provides a reinforcement combined with a fine aesthetic, especially on the sides of the groove that is subsequently worked on the aforementioned sea co.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Doorways of the type that incorporate a frame configured by a series of horizontal profiles and vertical spars are known, among which are located a series of reinforcing grilles, counting in some of these stringers and profiles with some ba relief reliefs. This type of door requires the so-called gratings -of reinforcement to give it consistency, and it proposes the additional incorporation of the bas-reliefs defined in independent profiles that are partially covered by panels and external plates. The adhered panels usually have a thickness -considerable to provide the door with a resistance that falls by its own constitution essentially hollow. However, these panels determine a coarse aesthetic and -provide a low rigidity that leads to a high fragility of the door, so it is feasible to develop a door that solves this problem by providing a consistency and optimum finishes, such and as it poses the reinforced door that is described next.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The reinforced door object of this invention comes to cover the pretensions exposed to full satisfaction, counting to that end with an associated manufacturing procedure that proposes an optimization of the resources used in accordance with an operative mechanics that leads to obtaining a door highly consistent and reinforced in its trouble spots. The manufacture of the door proceeds according to a sequence of realization of a series of steps, as described below. In the first place it is necessary to point out that it starts from a core of low density agglomerate with a surrounding surrounding, soul in which a cut is made to obtain a panel and an opening of shape and dimensions coinciding with said panel. The panel is then cut out by reducing its dimensions, and a groove of constant depth is then practiced on its edge, on the faces of which DM plates are inserted, protruding at a constant distance from the perimeter edge of the panel. The panel is then covered by separate frames, front and rear, which are flush on the outside face-with the front and back faces of the panel and its edge flush with the perimeter edge of the DM plates. The frames show their outer perimental edge with some dimensions and shape coinciding with those corresponding to the opening -of the door to the object of facilitating its coupling together with the conjun. how to form with the panel and DM sheets. Next, the front and front faces of the door are covered with a very thin sheet of protective fiber that provides a great consistency to the assembly, then attaching a final sheet. The door thus formed can be carved in the sector corresponding to the upper and lower faces of the frame, showing in the furrow, specifically in its upper edge, a very thin layer corresponding to the protective fiber sheet and to the final sheet determining a highly satisfactory finish. The DM sheets extending between the agitator panel and the The frame on which the molding is defined will determine, in its situation, a greater connection between the central sector defined between moldings and the rest of the door, providing a greater resistance to breakage or separation of said central sector with respect to the rest of the door.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, the present descriptive report is accompanied, as an integral part of the same, a set of drawings in which, illustratively and not limiting the following has been represented: Figure 1.- Shows the cutting phase of the door panel, cutting of said panel reducing its dimensions and perimeter grooving. Figure 2.- Shows the assembly phase of the MD-slats on the grooving of the panel. Figure 3 shows the assembly phase of the frames on the whole of the previous figure. Figure 4.- Shows the profile of the reinforced door already finished.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION In view of the figures, a preferred embodiment of the reinforced door and its associated manufacturing method are described, - applicable to doors of the type consisting of a central core (1) - of low density agglomerate covered perimetrally by a research (2). The reinforced door mainly stands out because it has a panel (4) from a cut of the central core (1), panel (4) -which is inserted in a wide opening (3) made in the central core (1), and having a perimetral groove (5) of thickness -constant in its edges, on which a series of slats - (6) of DM are mounted in protruding disposition with respect to this one, as well as both frames (7) posterior and anterior opening central (8) coinciding in -form and dimensions with the perimeter edge of the panel (4). The constitutive sides of the frame (7) coincide in width -with the protruding length of the slats (6) of DM, and its height coincides with the length defined between the face of the slats (6) on which it rests and the face of the frame. panel (4). On the other hand, it should be noted that the front and rear faces of the agglomerate core (1) have a sheet of protective fiber (9) and a visible sheet (10) attached thereto, and that the frame (7) shows a carved groove ( eleven). The manufacturing process of the reinforced door -transcurs according to the following steps: - cutting a panel (12) on the central core (1) defining a wide through opening (3) on said central core (1), - cutting the sides of the panel (2) to obtain a panel (4) of smaller dimensions on which in turn a perimeter-groove (5) of constant thickness is practiced on its edges, - partial incorporation of the slats (6) of DM on the perimeter grooving (5) of the edges of the panel (4), - assembly of the rear and anterior frames (7) on the slats (6) wrapping the perimeter edge of the panel (4), - introduction of the assembly formed by frame (7), panel (4) and slats (6) on the opening (3) of the central core (1), - adhesion of the protective fiber sheet (9) and of a visible sheet (10), - styling the groove (11) on the frame (7).
It is not considered necessary to make this description more extensive so that any expert in the field understands the scope of the invention and the advantages derived therefrom. The materials, shape, size and disposition of the elements will be susceptible of variation as long as they do not alter the essence of the invention. The terms in which this report has been described should always be taken in a broad and non-limiting sense.
