Description

FIXING DEVICE FOR AT LEAST ONE CHANNEL OF FLUID ON A SUPPORT The invention relates to a device for fixing at least one fluid channeling on a support, in particular a rigid channel, for example metal, on a rigid support, for example metal. The invention applies especially, but not exclusively, to the fixing of the ducts of a hydraulic power steering circuit for an automotive vehicle, as well as to the braking, air conditioning, oil circulation and fuel pipes. The rigid pipes of a hydraulic power steering circuit of an automotive vehicle comprise metal tubes that are fixed to the engine block by metal legs of which one part is generally welded or assembled in the metal pipes and another part has a passage perforation. a screw or fixing bolt on the engine block. The fixing of these legs on the metal tubes is relatively delicate and expensive, welding or assembly require the same metal for the legs and tubes and the metal-on-metal fixation allows the transmission of noise and vibrations between the tubes and your support The object of the present invention is especially to avoid the drawbacks of these known means. Its purpose is a device for fixing a rigid channel on a rigid support, which constitutes a filter that prevents the transmission of vibrations and noise between the pipeline and the support and which is also very easy to make and less expensive than the means known before mentioned. It proposes for this purpose a device for fixing a rigid channel on a rigid support, which constitutes a filter that prevents the transmission of vibrations and noise between the channel and the support and which is also easier to make and less expensive than known means mentioned above. It proposes for this purpose a fixing device for at least one fluid channeling on a support, in particular a rigid channel, for example metal, on a rigid support, for example metal, characterized in that it comprises at least one fixing leg of the where a part is submerged in a block of a material such as rubber or an overmolded elastomer over the aforementioned pipe, the leg is separated from the pipe in the interior of the block by a thickness of the aforementioned material that prevents the transmission of vibrations and from the noise of the pipe to the support.
The fixing of the leg on the pipeline by means of an overmolded rubber or elastomer block is less expensive and easier to perform than a welding of the fixing leg on the pipe. In addition, the rubber or elastomer of the overmolded block prevents or greatly reduces the transmission of vibrations and noise between the pipe and the fixing leg on the support. In particular, when the pipeline is part of a hydraulic circuit of power steering of an automotive vehicle, it prevents the transmission to the support of the vibrations and the characteristic noises that are generated in the power steering circuit, which allows to fix the channeling of this circuit, no longer on the engine block, but on a spar or other element of the chassis of the vehicle, which can simplify the fixing of these pipes in the engine compartment and that was previously impossible or avoided, in view of an increase important noise and vibrations in the vehicle. Another advantage of the fastening device according to the invention is that the overmolded rubber or elastomer block is less stifling and less bulky than the known devices, which is particularly favorable in the case of fastening ducts in an engine compartment. In addition, this block of rubber or elastomer can be overmolded on two different channels allowing, on the one hand, to fix these ducts on a support by means of a same element and, on the other hand, to place them and to orient them one with respect to the other without having to use supplementary means. In particular, these two ducts can be constituted by an inlet duct and by a fluid return duct or also by a high pressure ducting inside and a low pressure ducting, for example in an assisted steering circuit. According to another characteristic of the invention, the part of the pipeline covered by the material of a block has means of adhesion to said material or of implantation in this material, such as for example an adhesive film, an assembly plane, grooves or a moleta assembly , a salient element, etc. This ensures an immobilization of the translation and the rotation of the duct in the overmolded block. Likewise, the part of the fixing leg submerged in the overmolded block has implantation means in the material of this block, such as holes, holes, cavities, grooves or elbows. The invention is applied in the automotive field as indicated hereinabove, and also in the construction, the appliance industry, the chemical industry and in any other field where it is necessary to fix on a rigid support the channeling of fluids capable of generating Noises and vibrations. The invention will be better understood and will highlight more clearly other features, details and advantages thereof with reading the following description, made by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: Figure 1 schematically depicts two pipelines provided of fixing devices according to the invention, Figure 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view, on a larger scale, of a fixing device according to the invention, Figure 3 is a partial schematic view of a pipeline having means of implantation in an overmolded block. Reference will first be made to Figure 1, which schematically represents two ducts 10 and 12, such as a high pressure duct and a low pressure ducting of an automotive vehicle power steering circuit, provided with two fastening devices according to the invention designated generally by reference 14 and which allow the pipes 10 and 12 to be fixed on a common support (not shown in Figure 1) and to maintain them with respect to each other in previously determined positions, these two pipes having identical or different diameters and being able to have substantially parallel over a part of its length as seen in Figure 1, taking different directions at once. Each fixing device 14 is essentially constituted (Figure 2) by a block 16 of an elastically deformable material such as rubber or an elastomer, which completely surrounds the ducts 10 and 12 and keeps them at a predetermined distance from one another and in a orientation determined with respect to each other and also enveloping a part of a fixing leg 18 of which another part extends towards the outside of the block 14 and has for example an orifice 20 for passage of a screw or a bolt of fixing on the support 22 (fixing the leg 18 on the support 22 can be done by any suitable means known in the art). The part of the leg 18 which is submerged in the block 16 is separated from the ducts 10 and 12 and is separated by a thickness of material sufficient to prevent, or at least reduce considerably, the transmission to the support 22 of vibrations and susceptible noises of being generated in pipes 10 and 12.
The block 16 then constitutes a means of fixing the leg 18 on the ducts 10 and 12, a joining means between these two ducts, and a filter in consideration of the noises, authorizing by elastic deformation, a slight movement of the axle the ducts with respect to the support 22 and absorbing the manufacturing tolerances of the block 16 and the leg 18 and the mounting tolerances of the ducts in a relatively narrow space such as the motor compartment of an automotive vehicle. The fixing leg 18 comprises means which ensure its implantation in the overmolded block 16, these means can take a large number of different forms, but are simply constituted by holes 24 that are filled with the material of the block 16 after overmolding thereof. It can also be provided in the leg 18 cavities, grooves, elbows, etc., which also have a function of implantation and immobilization of the leg 18 in the block 16. Likewise, means are preferably provided to immobilize the translation and the rotation of the ducts 10 and 12 in the block 16, these means comprise for example one or many assembly planes 26 formed on the outer surface of the ducts 10 and 12, or grooves, mills, a projection, and so on.
It is also possible to deposit a film of a suitable adhesive on the parts of the pipes 10 and 12 intended to be submerged in the material of the block 16. In the most general case, the fixing legs are metallic, but they can also be made of a material plastic or synthetic suitable. The overmolded blocks 16 are made of rubber or an elastomer such as neoprene, butyl rubber, EPDM or the like. The manufacture of these fastening devices according to the invention is simple: it suffices to make a small overmolding mold with the shape of the block 16 and having the means for positioning the pipes 10 and 12 and the fixing leg 18. The device according to the invention has numerous advantages with respect to the prior art: the cost of realization of an overmolding mold is significantly lower than that of the tool used to manufacture the legs welded on the metal conduits, the configuration of the fixing legs is simplified ( less in regard to its submerged part in the overmolded block 16), the legs 18 of a material different from that of the ducts 10 and 12 can be made, the legs 18 can be fixed on a rigid support, for example metallic , without risk of transmission of noise and vibrations generated in the pipes, - can be joined together canalizations of natures different and of different diameters, the fixing device can be used to ensure a distance between the pipes and their relative orientation, - the overmolded blocks 16 are less bulky and less cumbersome than the means known from the prior art.
