Description

IMPROVED SHOE FOR FOOTBALL AND SIMILAR SPORTS BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION From time immemorial man has felt the need to protect his feet in some way, many and varied have been the modalities that humanity has adopted for such purpose, from the simple wrap with plants or animal skins, to the sophisticated footwear that in the present is used. Also through the different eras of history, different types of games and sports have been developed for the recreation of people or for the practice of some exercise. Among the most relevant in this field is the sport called Soccer in its different modalities: Soccer, Rugby, American Football or Fast Soccer (Indoor Soccer). In the sports mentioned above and more specifically in football Soccer, a specific type of footwear is used, however, and despite the progress that the human being has reached in all areas, still, the type of shoes used to play football, practically remains the same as that used since the end of the 19th century.
One of the most notable disadvantages of the shoes that are currently used to play football, is that they are tied, in all cases, in the upper front of the shoe and precisely in the area that is positioned directly on the instep of the foot . If you take into account that in soccer practice, preferably football, 90% of the execution is done hitting the ball with the instep and in that place there is a board formed by the tongue, the eyes, the shoe and the knot and in some cases some device of identification, it would have to be concluded that such modality, surely has been cause of injuries in a certain number of players, and in many occasions it is reason to kick the ball defectively. Many years have passed since the invention of the common shoe to play football, however nothing has been done about it.
By means of the present invention, the aforementioned problem is solved and in addition a remarkable advantage is added to the soccer shoes Soccer preferably, which consists of a cover that is part of the front section; in this way, and taking into account that the shoe object of this invention is not tied on the instep, the player is provided with an unbeatable protector in the instep area, especially for the advantage that inside the cover, optionally , a lodging is provided in which a empeinera can be introduced (a term that did not exist to date, because there was no possibility of using such an attachment), preferably made of flexible plastic, with this improvement it is absolutely possible to neutralize a stomp or a blow and also perform a better directed and more powerful hit of the ball, thereby improving the quality of the game.
The present invention is the result of many years of observation, personal practice and special ingenuity to solve the problem in a simple, but definitely original and ingenious way to innovate what is known in the field of technology, which to date no Technician in the field had done.
As you study the description and observe the drawings that illustrate it, many variations can be imagined, so it is not my intention to limit the scope of the invention to what is included in the description and the accompanying drawings, but the to claim any variation that, using the principles proposed, results in the same industrial results.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The characteristic details of the present invention are clearly shown in the following description and in the accompanying drawings, as an illustration of that and serving the same reference signs to indicate the same parts in the figures shown.
Figure 1.- Shows an isometric view of the shoe. Figure 2 shows a top view of the shoe. Figure 3 shows a bottom view of the shoe. Figure 4 shows a front view of the shoe. Figure 5 shows a rear view of the shoe. Figure 6 shows a longitudinal elevated view of the shoe. Figure 7 shows an isometric view of the shoe unfastened. Figure 8 shows an isometric view of the shoe fastened. Figure 9 shows a view in longitudinal section of the cover. Figure 10.- Shows a front view of the instep or protector. Figure 1 1.- Shows a side view of the instep or protector.
With reference to said figures, the invention comprises in combination a body (1) that in its lower periphery (3), joins the sole or floor (2) forming between the two a hollow (10) in which the foot of the person who fits it. The body (1) is preferably formed of two sections, a front section (4) whose lateral rear ends form tongues (5); and a rear section (6), whose front front ends (7) form two cons (8) on which the tongues (5) of the front section (4) overlap. In such a position, the hole (10) of the shoe is produced, through which the foot of the person who is going to use it penetrates. In the upper part of the front section (4), by the arrangement of the form that has been conceived, is located, on the instep, a cover (11) that is provided with a housing (12) in which optionally is introduced a protector or instep (9) preferably made of flexible plastic or cardboard.
Distributed on the lower edge of the tongues (5) are a plurality of eyes (13) in which the strap or shoe (14) penetrates, with which the shoe is tied, and whose anchoring will be optionally located on the back or on the sides.
By the provision of the means that are incorporated into this type of shoe, there is a huge advantage when compared to the shoes that are currently used to play football; instead of the player having to pass the shoe (14) on the instep and then below the sole (2) to tighten the same, with the incorporated gear, the shoe (14), moves directly underneath the sole (2) of the shoe and with this, if one takes into account the position of the cover (11) and the way in which the shoe (14) is placed in the eyes (13), it will be observed that said shoe (14). ) operates as a brace, pulling the cover (11), with which it is possible to affirm that the player is provided with a natural support on his instep, without the disadvantage of a bulky and dangerous rim like the one that results from tying the shoe (14) on the instep which happens with all the shoes used to play soccer and similar sports.
As I mentioned earlier, it is not my intention to limit the scope of the proposed invention to what is strictly described and illustrated, but to reserve any variation that, based on the improvement claimed, results in the same industrial results.
It also has the invention with a lock (16) located in the upper part of the heel (15), serving said lock (16) so that through it pass the shoelaces (14) and in this way it is possible that the tied of said laces (14) can be made under the sole (2) by pulling the cover (11) and finally tie it laterally or in the back.
