Description

COMMAND OF RECTIFIED SPRINGS FOR HIGH VOLTAGE CIRCUIT BREAKER FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a command for the operation of a high voltage circuit breaker. More precisely, the invention relates to a command comprising springs or rectilinear springs and allowing the cycles of openings and closures usually demanded by users to be carried out.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The most commonly demanded cycle is a cycle comprising an opening, a closing after 0.3 seconds followed by an opening in a delay of 0.02s if the fault or defect has not disappeared. Such a cycle is generally designated by the abbreviation: O-0.3sF-0.02s0. It is also demanded or required in the circuit breaker that has carried out a cycle 0-0.3sF-0.Q2sO, which can be closed again after a maximum delay of 15s, this REF: 24381 closure can be followed by an opening in a delay of 0.02s if the defect or fault persists. In Patent No. 85 15 751, registered in the name of the company ALSTHOM, a command of springs or rectilinear springs has been described for the high-voltage circuit breaker capable of carrying out the aforementioned cycles. This command has several drawbacks. The device for rearming the springs is complex; It comprises numerous parts and in particular a ratchet wheel which is subject to rapid wear and needs frequent replacement.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION An object of the invention is to make a command more robust and that needs a lighter maintenance. The reset device of the command described in the aforementioned patent is bulky. Another object of the invention is to make a command more compact and that respects more an axial symmetry, which allows to host it or to lodge it under the poles of the circuit breaker.
The object of the invention is a command for a circuit breaker, which makes it possible to carry out a rapid cycle of opening, closing and reopening of the circuit breaker (cycle 0-FO), said command comprises a rod connected to or connected to a rod or handle or for start-up of the circuit breaker, this rod is displaceable under the action of a first spring or spring, called spring or firing spring, the command further comprises a second spring, called latching spring, arranged on the axis of the first spring, and from which the ratchet pulls the compression of the firing spring, the command further comprises compression means of the firing spring after a firing operation, characterized in that said compression means comprise a motor arranged on the axis of said springs and which drag in translation along its axis a rod arranged according to the axis of the springs or springs, said rod is attached to the arm that cooperates with a co support ring or spring support or hook spring. Advantageously, the abutment crown of the spring or latching spring is integral with a movable cylinder of which a limb cooperates with a supporting disc of the spring or trigger spring during compression of said trigger spring or spring. According to the invention, said extremity of the movable cylinder comprises a crown of pivoting fingers provided with a shoulder or backrest on which said support disc or support of the spring or firing spring comes to rest during compression of the latter, such fingers they come into contact at the end of the travel of said cylinder with a fixed cylinder and separate, releasing the disk. Advantageously, the travel of said movable cylinder exceeds the normal position «on the retaining stop of the support disc or support of the spring or firing spring, in order to allow the repositioning of retaining stops or stirrups of the spring support disc or firing spring. The end of said arms is fixed to a common crown that comes to rest during a recompression of the engagement spring, in said support crown of the spring or engagement spring. The travel of such arms exceeds the normal position in retaining stop of said support crown of the engagement spring in order to allow repositioning of retaining stops or abutments of the support crown. The pivoting arms comprise a dead-center passage device for allowing the finger crown to take two fixed positions. The foot of each finger has an external portion that cooperates with a fixed cylinder to allow, at the end of the start-up of the recompression of the coupling spring, the passage of the crown of pivoting fingers from the open position to the reverse position. An example of the implementation of the invention is now described, with reference to the attached drawing in which: - Figure 1 is a schematic view in elevation and partially in section of a breaker pole provided with the command of the invention, Figure 2 is a cross sectional view of the command of the invention, in the configuration corresponding to the closed state of the circuit breaker, Figures 3 and 4 represent a reclose finger in two positions of use, Figure 5 is a sectional view of the command in the configuration forming an opening, Figure 6 is an axial sectional view of the command in a configuration forming a closure, - Figure 7 is an axial sectional view of the command in the configuration that follows or forms the second opening of a cycle 0F0. The example described concerns a circuit breaker of a shear chamber per pole; of course, the command of the invention is applied to a circuit breaker comprising several shear chambers per pole, for example two T-chambers. In FIG. 1, reference 1 designates an insulating column of a circuit breaker pole. The column rests on a frame 2 fixed to the ground. A fixed contact 3 is placed in the shear or cut chamber 4 filled with insulation gas such as SF6 sulfur hexafluoride. The chamber 4 is delimited, in its lower part, by a first flange 5 to which a first socket 5A is fixed, and, in its lower part, by a second flange 7 to which a second socket is fixed. 7A. Reference 8 designates a fixed blow piston. The mobile assembly comprises contacts 9 and a nozzle 10 integral with a cylinder 11 cooperating with the piston 8. The cylinder is connected to a starter or operating rod 12 which passes through the flange 7 tightly. This rod 12 it is attached to a rod 13 forming part of the command which has been represented in Figure 1 by the rectangle 14. The command is fixed to the frame 2 by means not shown; he himself is directly placed under the pole to maneuver. Referring now to Figure 2 which represents in axial section a command according to the invention, in the configuration corresponding to the circuit breaker engaged in normal operation. The command comprises a metal frame 20, preferably cylindrical with x axis, which is fixed rigidly under the cutting chamber of the circuit breaker by means not shown. A bottom 20A closes the cylinder 20. The upper part of the frame comprises a cover 21 provided with a hole through which the operation or operating rod 12 of the circuit breaker pole passes; in the bar or rod 12 there is attached a rod 13 provided at its end with a disc 24 that serves as a support for a first spring or spring 25, coaxial to the rod 13, and intended for starting the tripping of the circuit breaker; for this reason, the spring or spring 25 is called spring or firing spring. The spring or spring 25 is surrounded by a cylinder 26, coaxial to the rod 13 and of height substantially equal to that of the spring or spring 25 when it is in the form of a band. The function of this cylinder will be explained later. The spring or spring is kept armed or in the form of a band by at least one retractable retaining stop 27 which can be started by an opening coil 28 fed by devices not shown for start-up and / or protection of the circuit-breaker. You can have several retaining stops or stirrups running or maneuvered simultaneously, but then, for clarity of the exposition, no reference will be made other than to a single retaining stop or stirrup. The command comprises a movable assembly comprising a cylinder 30 of axis xx secured to a disk 31 against which a first end of a second spring 32 used for the engagement of the circuit breaker and called for this reason engages spring. The second end of the spring or spring 32 takes support in a bottom 33 of the frame 20. The spring 32 is kept armed or in the form of a strip by at least one retaining stop or retractable stirrup 34 that can be maneuvered by a closing coil 35 powered by the circuit breaker start-up and / or protection devices not shown. The cylinder 30 is extended by a series of pivoting fingers 36, which form a corolla and which can be opened in the same manner. These fingers, which serve to rearm the trigger spring, are called in the following reclosing fingers. Referring to Figures 3 and 4. Each finger 36 has, approximately one third of the length starting from the upper extremity, a shoulder or latching back 37 directed towards the xx axis. Each finger 36, articulated to the point O at the end of the cylinder 30, is equipped with a spring 38 fixed by a first extremity to the finger itself, and by its second end, to the cylinder 30. This spring constitutes a device for passing the dead center or "drum" ("tumbler"), which allows the finger 36 to occupy two fixed positions on both parts of the axis O of articulation of the finger . Finally, the external part 39 of the foot of the finger cooperates with a fixed jacket 30A coaxial to the cylinder 30 to bring the fingers back from the open position to the reverse position, when the cylinder 30 arrives in the low position. Returning to Figure 2. When the spring or spring 32 is stopped, it can be armed or re-bandaged by a device comprising arms 40, parallel to the xx axis, arranged regularly around this axis, to the number of 2 or 3 for example . The arms pass through the bottom 33 through appropriate openings. At its upper end, the arms are joined by a horizontal crown 41. At its other end, the arms 40 are fixed to a plate 42 (in variant of the arms), to which the end of a threaded rod 43 is fixed, of axis xx, which can be displaced in translation along the axis xx by means of an electric motor 44, which can rotate in both directions. The motor 44 and the rod 43 are lengthened in a cylindrical housing 45 integral with the bottom 33 and closed by a plate 46 provided with a hole 46 for the passage of the rod 43. The cylinder 45 also serves as a conduction or direction to the cylinder 30. The operation of the command is as follows. When the circuit breaker is in normal operation, in the engaged position, the springs 25 and 32 are in the form of bands or armatures, maintained respectively by the retaining stops or stirrups 27 and 34 (Figure 2). When an opening command is given, the opening coil 28 is energized and causes retraction of the retaining stop or abutment 27 which pivots in the direction of the arrow F1. The trigger spring or spring 25 is stopped, by dragging the starter rod or rod of the circuit breaker (Figure 5). It is noted that at the end of the travel, the plate 24 rests on the shoulders or backs of the fingers 36. Another hooking, given 0.3s after the opening of the circuit breaker, is translated by the feed of the closing coil 35, which carries the retraction of the retaining stop or stirrup 34 that rotates in the direction of arrow F2. The spring 32 stops, which causes the cylinder 30 to move. The fingers 36 entrain the disk 24, which causes the circuit breaker to engage as well as the compression of the trigger spring 25. The normal position of the disk 24 is exceeded by a few millimeters, which allows the retaining stop or abutment 27 to be put back in place. When the extremities of the fingers 36 come into contact with the cylinder 26, whose end is punched or divided into a bevel, the fingers 36 are separated (Figure 4), releasing the disc 24 falling back into its retaining stop or abutment 27. Thanks to the spring or spring 38, the fingers 36 remain in the open position. Following this engagement, the command has the configuration shown in Figure 6. It is noted that at the end of engagement of the latch, the crown 31 comes into contact with the crown 41. The spring or spring 32 has a superior force to that of the spring or spring 25 to ensure at the same time the hooking movement of the movable assembly or assembly and the compression of the spring or spring 25. A second opening, in case of persistence of the fault or defect, can be effected. It will be obtained as above by the feeding of the opening coil 28 which entrains the retraction of the retaining stop 27 and the trigger or ratchet of the spring or spring 25.
At the end of the second opening, the configuration of the command will be that of Figure 7. According to the regulations in force, the circuit breaker must be able to be re-engaged in a given delay, for example 10 seconds. The command of the invention allows it: from the end of the second opening of the circuit breaker, the motor 44 is started; it pivots the threaded rod 43 which drives the disc 42 and the arms 40. The crown 41 carries the crown 31 and the cylinder 30 of which it is integral. The spring or spring 32 is compressed by this maneuver. As previously, a slight counter-movement of the rod 43 is foreseen to allow the retaining stop to be repositioned in the crown 31. The engine 44 is stopped and at this moment the configuration is that of Figure 8. The engine starts immediately , in the inverse sense of aguel that it had previously, to return to carry the command in the configuration of Figure 2, that is to say with the crown 41 in the raised position. The duration of 10 seconds for carrying out this maneuver is sufficiently long to authorize the use of a motor of low power, for example of the order of 150 W. The invention allows to avoid the drawbacks mentioned in the preamble, in particular the difficulties created by the wheels of ratchet. The command is compact and perfectly revolving, which gives it a reduced dimension.
It is noted that in relation to this date, the best method known to the applicant to carry out the aforementioned invention, is that which refers to the manufacture of the objects to which it refers.
Having described the invention as above, the content of the following is claimed as property
