MACHINE TO EXTEND LAMINAR PRODUCTS
The present invention relates to a machine for extending laminar products from a roll in which a laminar product is rolled. The present invention relates more concretely to a machine for spreading one or more layers of fabric on a paper layer.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Known are machines for extending fabric from a roll of fabric comprising means for feeding the rolled laminar product and means for conducting the laminar product which facilitate its exit and conduct it on the table in which it extends. The mentioned mechanisms are mounted on a sliding carriage along the table. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
With the machine of the invention, the aforementioned drawbacks can be solved by presenting other advantages that will be described. The machine for extending laminar products of the invention is characterized in that it comprises a second roll in which a second laminar product is wound, means for actuating said second roll and control means that allow to control in manual or automatic mode. the extension of the two laminar products on the table according to parameters such as the cadence in the extension of the second laminar product with respect to the first and the length of the layer of the second laminar product. Thanks to this feature, it is possible to extend the first laminar product, the second laminar product or both at the same time in a totally automatic and controlled way, avoiding that the operator has to put the cloth with his hands. Advantageously, the machine of the invention comprises cutting means of the laminar product (s). According to one embodiment, the driving means of the second roll are motorized rollers. According to a second embodiment, the drive means of the second roll is a motorized shaft coupled to the second roll. According to a third embodiment, the driving means of the second roll are feeding bands.
According to a fourth embodiment, the drive means of the second roll is a motor that drives the roll axis by means of a transmission mechanism. Advantageously, the machine of the invention comprises a driver cylinder that facilitates the exit of the laminar product from the second roll. Preferably, the machine of the invention comprises a pressing cylinder that presses against the cited conductive cylinder, so that the second laminar product is dragged between the two cylinders. The second roll of laminar product can be arranged in different positions. DESCRIPTION OF A PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
As can be seen in figure 1, the machine for extending laminar products comprises a first roll 1 of fabric 2, which slides on a first plate 4 and on a second plate S conductors. In this case, the second roll 9 of laminar product 10 is located below the line - marking the path of the first laminar product 2 of the first roll 1 to the table 7. Upon leaving the second roll 9, the paper 10 passes -by the conductive cylinder 14 mentioned when describing the embodiment shown in figure 2. This cylinder 14 is pressed by a pressing cylinder 15, so that the paper 10 is dragged between the two cylinders 14, 15, and the pressing cylinder is fixed to the first plate COR ductora 4. Claims (18)
