Abstract

The present invention relates to a device used to display advertising at sites frequented by a large number of people, such as self-service shops, shopping malls, exhibitions, etc. More specifically, it relates to a structure that makes it possible to impart movement to multiple advertising figures within a specific area that is determined by means of a circuit formed by suspended rails. Said device consists of cables secured in the upper part to the beams of a ceiling or platform and in the lower part to a threaded rod or cylinder with crank and detent which rolls up cable, thereby successfully adjusting the height of the rail. This cylinder or rod is held by a piece that slides horizontally on the rail, thus causing the cable to be located at a position of 90 DEG with respect to the rail. By means of this slidable support, the cable supporting the rail is kept straight, preventing the structure from twisting. On its side, the rail has an insulating profile with flanges that support the electrified strips and which protects and prevents contact between hands and said electrified strips.

Description

PENDANT STRUCTURE OF ELECTRIFIED RAILS FOR THE TRANSFER OF TRANSFER AND ROTATIONAL OBJECTS VARIOUS FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention, in one of its applications, refers to a device used to display advertising in places where a large number of people gather, such as self-service stores, shopping centers, stadiums, exhibition centers, etc. More specifically, it refers to a structure that allows to give movement to various advertising figures and other diverse devices within a specific area that is determined by means of a circuit formed by hanging lines.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Currently advertising for point of sale or alternative advertising is usually composed of various printed items, screens that transmit commercial, inflatable figures, dirigibles to remote control and image prtors.
Within the group of printed items are the tarpaulins, the floor stickers, the top of the shelves, the borders, carts in the supermarket carts, merchandise displays, banners in parking lots, etc.
The disadvantage of this type of advertising is that it is static, it is generally of small dimensions because it occupies sales space, it is two-dimensional and it can not have many forms because it must be regularly adjusted to the measurements of a pre-established framework.
There are also interactive floor screens and prtors which transmit a series of commercials or images that people can see or interact with.
As the printed articles these screens and prtors generate two-dimensional advertising, they are static and the installation price is very high because it requires expensive equipment for its operation.
All these means of advertising remain fixed, consumers or public has to pass in front of them to observe them, so that their impact radius is a few meters. There are also inflatable figures which are connected to a fan, these devices can have multiple shapes and be three-dimensional however, as they require electricity, they must remain static because they must be connected to the current, there is a battery-powered mode such as botargas that can be moved but for short periods because the batteries are consumed quickly, they require a person who is constantly moving them, which considerably increases the cost of operation.
In addition to these means there are advertising dirigibles with remote control, which move more attracting the attention of people, however their operating cost is very high because they require a constantly helium operator that is very expensive and It has to recharge periodically, and they have many limitations in terms of the shapes of the balloon, the weight they can carry and the integration of lighting systems. These airships are also impractical because they constantly have to go down in order to recharge the battery and they can continue working There is also the Advertising Dirigible Structure of which the applicant of this invention holds the patent. This device has the inconvenience that parts with heavy weight can not be attached to the sliding devices because the cables swing and the device can not advance, besides in this structure it is very difficult to turn because the cables can not form curves, they can only make straight lines, it also requires a lot of tension to install the cables that make up the structure making it difficult to install.
In order to make advertising in point of sale or alternative advertising more attractive to people through movement and provide a versatile system with which advertisers can customize the way they are promoted, the present invention was developed.
With regard, for example, to surveillance cameras, filming, or lighting devices, up to now there has not been the qualities that grant them to be installed in the structure object of the present invention.
OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION The main objects of the present invention are to give movement to various advertising figures to make them more attractive to the public and to make these advertising figures are seen in different areas of the same venue.
Another objective of the present invention is to facilitate the assembly and assembly of the elements that make up the structure to reduce installation costs and times, as well as to develop a system of rails that support considerable weights without deforming and reducing the capacity of the trolleys. to advance A further object of the present invention is to be able to supply the figures hanging from the trolleys with electricity so that they can rotate, light up, stay inflated or perform these functions simultaneously.
A further objective of the present invention is to have a set of rails that can be arranged in various ways in order to form multiple forms of circuits or hanging tracks and take advantage of the space between the shelves of an enclosure and its roof for mobile advertising.
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a system that has great versatility to install multiple figures and mechanisms that in different combinations help advertisers to customize the way they are advertised.
Still another objective of the present invention is to allow several cars to operate in the same rail circuit and not to collide with each other.
Also, another objective is to provide certain devices, such as surveillance cameras, shooting cameras, lighting devices, that displacement of translation or rotation.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In general, the present invention consists of a structure of hanging rails consisting of a series of cables that are fixed in their upper part to tensors that are supported to the beams of a roof or platform. The lower end of the cables is fixed to a support to which the height can be adjusted by means of a threaded rod or a cylinder that winds said cable. The support supports segments of an electrified rail. This support can slide through the grooves of the rail horizontally, allowing to fix the cable of the roof or platform beams at an angle of 90 ° in relation to the rail, with this device you have a wide margin to fix the rail support to the beams without the cables stretching and consequently force and deform the structure The rail support has a shape that keeps the rail balanced and aligned, regardless of whether it is hanging.
The rail segments are joined at the center through a bar that has the internal shape of the rail, this bar is supported by screws. The rail has on its side an insulating profile where two electrified tapes are mounted. The insulating profile has tabs that protect the electrified tapes and hinder the contact of the hands with these.
The electrified tapes of the rail are electrically connected by any means to the power source.
At the ends of the rail come cables that are connected to the electrified tapes at the rear and that serve to connect and conduct electricity from one rail segment to another. These cables are joined between the segments of the rail while maintaining the current despite the vibration generated by the cars.
On the rail, trolleys that have 3 wheels that form a triangle, with the base above, move. The wheels have a peripheral projection on its perimeter face in its middle part, which serves as a guide when fitting in the grooves of the rail profile. The lower wheel is mounted on a sliding part that has two springs that pull it up, this allows the wheel to remain fixed to the rail and the carriage does not derail, but also serves to easily release the rail carriage when pulling this wheel down.
The upper wheels are the ones that have the traction, they are rotated axes that are moved by a means of transmission of movement and force, which is driven by a pulley, Catarina or gear, depending on the means of transmission of movement or force, that moves an electric motor. The front wheels, upper and lower, are fixed with a ball joint which allows you to spin around the curves.
The components of the trolley are mounted on a plate that is kept parallel to the rail. In this plate there are two insulating cylinders where there are springs that push brushes so that they rub against the electrified ribbons of the rail.
The brushes are electrically connected to a circuit that processes and distributes the electricity to the motor, to the distance sensor and, if applicable, to the devices that hang from the car.
The carriage comprises a sensor that detects when the neighboring car is very close, this sensor disconnects the motor for a programmable time so that the forward carriage separates and thus is prevented from colliding. The circuit disconnects the motor but not the line of current that goes to the devices, allowing these to keep rotating in a rotational way, to stay illuminated and / or to keep inflating while the car is stopped.
Under the car there is a piece in which the diverse devices are hung, in this piece there are electrical terminals connected to the main circuit from where the hanging devices obtain the electricity.
The devices hanging from the electrified rail can be very diverse, some of the modalities of these devices are :: Inflatables with fan: A figure of canvas or fabric is inflated through an internal fan, this fan is connected to the circuit by the thermnal of the piece that is under the car which also holds the inflatable figure. This mode allows to put very large pieces because the lela used is very light and the filling is air, this figure can also be illuminated and rotated.
Rotating support with electrical terminals: A motor that obtains the current of the circuit of the cart rotates a platform where multiple advertising figures can be placed, this silver-form has an internal mechanism that allows it to have current in some lower terminals while it is rotating , this current can be used to illuminate a figure or drive other motors.
Projector and screen: an assembly of a projector that projects moving images and fixed images on a screen arranged at the opposite end.
Surveillance camera: In this modality, a surveillance camera is fixed to the car so that it moves it in a rotational and translational way.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The characteristic details of this structure for the translational and rotational displacement of various objects are clearly shown in the description and in the illustrative drawings that are appended, the same reference signs serving to indicate the same parts.
With reference to figure 1, which shows a broad perspective view of a structure circuit for translational and rotational displacement of various objects. In said figure the rail segments 1 themselves are shown which are supported by a sliding support 2 which in turn is supported by a cylinder 9 hanging from cables 3 that are fixed to the beams of a roof or silver-form 4. Carriages 5 are moved on the rails, said carriages have different devices in their lower part, such as a balloon with an internal motor to keep it inflated 6, a rotating pendant 7 and a three-dimensional illuminated figure 8. All these devices move by rail 1 displaying advertising within a pre-established circuit that can have multiple shapes as required. Instead of these advertising figures, other devices such as surveillance cameras, recording cameras or various lighting means can also be moved.
Figure 2 shows a perspective view from above of a rail segment 1 that is supported by a sliding support 2, which in turn is supported by a cylinder 9 that winds a cable 3 to adjust the height of the segment of rail 1. Said cylinder 9 has a latch that releases or fixes the cable 3. At the upper end of the cable there is a tensioner or hook 10 that is held to the beams of a roof or platform 4 Connected to the rail 1 is a plug 11 from which a cable 12 extends to a regulator and current 13, said regulator can be connected to multiple sources of electricity.
On the rail 1 is mounted a carriage 5 from which an advertising figure 44 hangs.
Figure 3 shows another method of height adjustment of the rail where you have a perspective view from above a rail segment 1 that is supported by a sliding support 2, which in turn is supported by a threaded rod 41 that is screwed into the sliding support 2 to adjust the height of the rail segment 1. The lower end of the cable 3 is fixed to the threaded rod 41. Said cable 3 at its upper tip is fixed to a tensioner or hook 10 which is supports the beams of a roof or platform 4.
Connected to the rail 1 is a plug 11 from which a cable 12 extends to a current regulator 13, said regulator can be connected to multiple sources of electricity.
On the rail 1 is mounted a carriage 5 from which an advertising figure 44 hangs.
Figure 4 shows a perspective view of the side of a segment of the rail 1 which has a slideable support 2. Attached to the rail there is an insulating part 14 where two electrified tapes are mounted 15. At the ends of the rail 1 there is screws 16 used to fix the connecting piece 17 Figure 5 shows a perspective view of the other side of two rail segments 1 attached. Together with the sliding support 2, which is supported by a rail 19 and a nut 18. The sliding support 2 can be displaced by the grooves of the rail by loosening the nuts 18, the utility of this mobility is that the rail 1 can be fastened at various points without affecting the location of the beams or platforms 4. In this figure it is also seen the connection piece 17 and the screws 16 that serve to join the segments of a rail 1.
At the ends of the rail segments 1 there are cables 42 that are joined by a connector 43 so that the electric current passes from the electrified tapes 15 from one segment to another rail 1. These cables 42 support the vibration generated by the trolleys 5 so that false contacts do not occur On the other side of the rail is the insulating part 14 that supports the electrified tapes 15. This insulating part 14 has tabs that serve to protect the electrified tapes 15 and avoid contact with the hands.
Figure 6 shows a perspective view from above of the carriage 5 which is composed of a plate 20 where a motor 21 is mounted, which rotates a bearing 23 where there is a band 22 which in turn rolls other bearings small 24. These smaller bearings 24 have an axle that rotates some wheels 25 on the other side of the plate 20. The front wheel has a ball joint 35 that allows it to turn when the car 5 has to turn.
The plate 20 has two insulating cylinders 26 in which are mounted brushes 27 which are pressed towards the electrified belts 15 of the rail 1 by means of springs which can not be seen because they are inside the insulating cylinders 26.
Beneath the plate 20 is a support 28 with two electrical terminals 38, said support 28 supports the advertising figures and sends the current through the terminals 38 to the advertising figures.
A circuit 30 is mounted on the plate 20, which distributes the electricity between the motor 21 and other devices that require electricity. This circuit 30 also regulates the distance between the carriages 5 that move on the rail 1 by turning off the motor 21 for a programmable period of time when the sensor 31 detects that it is near another car 5.
Figure 7 shows a view of two trolleys 5 on the rail 1 carrying advertising figures 43 The trolleys 5 have a circuit 30 and sensors 31 that detect when they are near another car 5. When the sensor 31 detects that it was too close to a truck 5 the circuit disconnects the motor 21 for a programmable time Figure 8 shows a view of the car 5 in perspective from the rear, where the plate 20 appears where a motor 21 is mounted, and a bearing 23. In the lower part of the plate 20 there is a part 32 where it is located. mounted on a wheel 33. The piece 32 is pulled upwards by springs 34, which allows the wheel 33 to be inserted or removed to the lower slot of the rail 1, thus allowing the carriage 5 to be released when the wheel 33 is pulled down. 34 keep the wheels 25 and the wheel 33 pressed to the rail 1 so that the carriage 5 is not derailed.
In the interior of the front wheel 25 is a ball joint 35 which allows the carriage 5 to rotate in the curves of the rail 1.
Figure 9 shows a view of the side car 5, where the plate 20 appears where a motor 21 is mounted. In the lower part of the plate 20 there is a part 32 where a wheel 33 is mounted. The part 32 is pulled upwards by springs 34, which allows to put or remove the carriage 5 to the rail 1. These springs 34 keep the wheels 25 and the wheel 33 pressed to the rail 1 so that the car does not derail.
On the other side of the plate of the plate 20 are two insulating cylinders 26 passing through the plate 20. These insulating cylinders 26 have springs in their interior that push brushes 27 to press with the electrified belts 15 of the rail 1.
Figure 10 shows a front view of the detail of the trolley 5 mounted on the rail 1 where the piece that serves as union 17 between rail segments 1 does not appear. In said figure there is shown a front view of the plate 20, which has its left side a band 22 that rotates smaller bearings 24 that have an axis that moves the wheels 25. Under the rail 1 is the wheel 33. In the plate 20 there are also the cylinders 26 that inside have springs that push Brushes 27 to the electrified belts 15, which are mounted on an insulating part 14 that by means of its flanges is fixed to the rail 1. On the right side of the rail 1 is the sliding support 2 which is held to the rail by means of a screw 19 and a nut 18 which can be adjusted by loosening or tightening to allow moving the sliding support 2 Under the plate 20, part of the support 28 can be seen Figure 11 shows a side view of a car 5 on a rail 1. Underneath the car 5 is hanging a balloon 36 that has a motor with fan 37 which keeps the balloon 36 inflated by constantly introducing air inside. The fan motor 37 obtains electricity through the two electrical terminals 38 of the support 28 of the carriage 5.
Figure 12 shows a side view of a trolley 5 in a rail 1, under the trolley 5 there is a rotating pendant 7. Said rotating pendant is composed of a rotating support with electric terminals 39, which rotates a structure where they are advertising figures of various shapes 40 which may require electricity to light or move and which the rotating support with electrical terminals 39 can provide.
The applications of this structure are very varied, some modalities have already been mentioned, but in addition the following can be had: - diverse, inflatable publicity media with fan, rotating support with electrical terminals, projector and screen, surveillance camera, film camera and any luminaires, all having a movement in the three axes by means of servomechanism connected to the circuit of the car. - fabric device that are kept inflated through the constant injection of air that an internal fan carries out, said fan being connected to the electric circuit of the car. - television or projector that projects or displays images received through an antenna, said devices are electrically connected to the control circuit of the car. - a video camera that, through an antenna, transmits a video signal to a receiver; said camera can rotate from top to bottom and from right to left by motors that obtain electricity from the car which in turn has electricity through the contact of brushes with the rail.
