Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con el uso novedoso del compuesto 5-metoxi -4-metil-2-[(4-metoxicarbonil -2-metiltien- 3-il)sulfonilamino -carbonil]-2, 4-dihidro-3H-1, 2, 4-triazol-3 -ona de la fórmula (I) (ver fórmula (I)) y/o de las sales del compuesto de fórmula (I), para combatir de manera selectiva las malezas del género Apera en cultivos de plantasútiles, y el uso del mismo en la agricultura.

MÉTODO PARA COMBATIR MALEZAS
MEMORIA DESCRIPTIVA
La invención se relaciona con el uso del compuesto conocido del éster metílico del ácido 4-[[[(3-metoxi-4,5-dihidro-4-metil-5-oxo-1 H-1 ,2,4-triazol-1 -il)carbonil]amino]sulfoniI]-5-metiltiofen-3-carboxíIico (alias 5-metoxi-4-metil-2-[(4-metoxicarbonil-2-metiltien-3-il)sulfonilaminocarbonil]-2,4-dihidro-3H-1 ,2,4-triazol-3-ona; "compuesto de fórmula (I)") y también a sus sales, especialmente su sal de sodio, para controlar de manera selectiva los problemas de malezas del género Apera en cosechas de plantas útiles, especialmente para controlar estas malezas en cosechas de cereales y maíz. Las tienilsulfonilaminocarboniltriazolinonas sustituidas, y también sus sales, los procedimientos para preparar estos compuestos, y su utilidad como herbicidas, son el objeto de las solicitudes de patente anteriores (véanse, la WO 01/05788, WO 03/026427, WO 03/026426). Las tienilsulfonilaminocarboniltriazolinonas sustituidas descritas en estas solicitudes de patente, junto con el compuesto de fórmula (I), tienen una estructura molecular muy similar a aquélla de la fórmula (I) para uso inventivo, pero exhiben todavía, a diferencia del compuestos, debilidades o huecos en el efecto con respecto a ciertas plantas de malezas, tales como las especies Apera, por ejemplo.
De manera sorprendente, se ha encontrado ahora que el compuesto de fórmula (I) específicamente, y especialmente cuando se utiliza junto con un agente para la protección de cosechas, combina muy buena tolerancia por los cereales, tales como el trigo en particular, y por variedades de maíz, en comparación con los compuestos estructuralmente similares mencionados anteriormente, con una acción considerablemente más fuerte contra ciertas malezas difíciles de controlar del género Apera en cosechas de cereales o en cosechas de maíz y es, por lo tanto, especialmente adecuado para controlar de manera eficiente y selectiva malezas del género Apera, particularmente en el trigo y el maíz. Los huecos en la acción observada con los compuestos de comparación mencionados anteriormente relacionados estrechamente con el compuesto de fórmula (I), no ocurren en el espectro de malezas del compuesto de la fórmula (I) y sus sales. La invención proporciona el uso del compuesto de la 5-metoxi-4-metil-2-[(4-metoxicarbonil-2-metiltien-3-il)sulfonilaminocarbonil]-2,4-dihidro-3H-1 ,2,4-triazol-3-ona de la fórmula formula (I)
y/o de sales del compuesto de fórmula (I), para controlar de manera selectiva malezas del género Apera en las cosechas de plantas útiles, especialmente en cosechas de cereales, tales como en cosechas de trigo o cosechas de maíz. La invención proporciona además un método para controlar selectivamente malezas del género Apera en las cosechas de plantas útiles, especialmente en cosechas de cereales, en particular tales como cosechas de trigo o cosechas de maíz, que comprende aplicar el compuesto de fórmula (I) y/o las sales del compuesto de fórmula (I) junto con sus agentes con superficie activa y/o extensores acostumbrados en cosechas de plantas útiles, cosechas de cereales o cosechas de maíz. El compuesto de fórmula (I) se conoce (véase la WO 01/05788). El compuesto de fórmula (I) exhibe una amplia actividad herbicida. De igual manera, puede utilizarse para controlar las siguientes malezas, especialmente en cosechas de maíz y de cereal: Malezas dicotiledóneas de los siguientes géneros: Sinapis, Lepidium, Galium, Stellaria, Matricaria, Anthemis, Galinsoga, Chenopodium, Urtica, Senecio, Amaranthus, Portulaca, Xanthium, Convolvulus, Ipomoea, Polygonum, Sesbania, Ambrosia, Cirsium, Carduus, Sonchus, Solanum, Rorippa, Rotala, Lindernia, Lamium, Verónica, Abutilón, Emex, Datura, Viola, Galeopsis, Papaver, Centaurea, Trifolium, Ranunculus, Taraxacum. Malezas monocotiledóneas de los siguientes géneros:
Echinochloa, Setaria, Panicum, Digitaria, Phleum, Poa, Festuca, Eleusine, Brachiaria, Lolium, Bromus, Avena, Cyperus, Sorghum, Agropyron, Cynodon, Monochoria, Fimbristylis, Sagittaria, Eleocharis, Scirpus, Paspalum, Ischaemum, Sphenoclea, Dactyloctenium, Agrostis, Alopecurus, Aegilops, Phalaris. El uso del compuesto (I) y de sus sales, de ninguna manera está restringido a estos géneros, sin embargo, sino que se extiende igualmente a otras plantas también. El compuesto de fórmula (I) y también sus sales muestras una fuerte actividad herbicida y un amplio espectro de acción cuando se aplica al suelo y a partes de las plantas por encima del suelo. Son adecuados para controlar selectivamente las malezas monocotiledóneas y dicotiledóneas en cosechas de monocotiledóneas, particularmente en cereales, especialmente en trigo, y también en cosechas de maíz, tanto preemergencia como postemergencia. La tolerancia por las plantas de la cosecha puede incrementarse agregando un agente para la protección de cosechas a las composiciones herbicidas que comprenden el compuesto de fórmula (I). Los siguientes grupos de compuestos son agentes para la protección de cosechas particularmente adecuados: 1 ) Compuestos del tipo del ácido diclorofenilpirazolin-3-carboxílico, de manera preferida, compuestos tales como el éster etílico del ácido 1-(2,4-diclorofenil)-5-(etoxicarbonil)-5-met¡l-2-pirazolin-3-carboxíIico (S
1-1 , mefenpir-dietilo, conocido del Manual electrónico de Plaguicidas del consejo de Protección Británico de Cosechas, 2002-2003, 12a edición, Editor C.D.S. (bilanfos = L-Fosfinotricil-L-alanil-L-alanina) Las combinaciones con los cocomponentes son notables por el hecho de que el compuesto de fórmula (I), cuando se aplica con los compuestos herbicidas conocidos de diferentes clases de compuestos, exhiben efectos pronunciadamente sinergísticos con respecto a la acción contra las malezas y/o mejoran de manera significativa la tolerancia por las plantas de las cosechas, y pueden utilizarse con ventaja particular como productos de combinación de amplio espectro para controlar selectivamente las malezas en cosechas de plantas útiles, tales como en algodón, cebada, maíz, papas, arroz, soya, girasoles, trigo y caña de azúcar, especialmente trigo y maíz. De manera sorprendente, la actividad herbicida de las combinaciones del ingrediente activo de la invención que comprenden el compuesto de fórmula (I) y los cocomponentes listados, es considerablemente mayor que la suma de las acciones de los ingredientes activos individuales. En consecuencia, hay un efecto sinergístico no previsible y no simplemente una acción aditiva. Las combinaciones del ingrediente activo se toleran bien en numerosas cosechas, y proporcionan un control efectivo incluso de las malezas que son de otra manera, difíciles de controlar. Las nuevas combinaciones del compuesto activo, representan por lo tanto, un enriquecimiento valioso de los herbicidas. El efecto sinergístico de las combinaciones del ingrediente activo de la invención, es particularmente pronunciado en gran medida a ciertas relaciones de concentración. Sin embargo, es posible variar las relaciones en peso de los ingredientes activos en las combinaciones del ingrediente activo dentro de intervalos relativamente amplios. Hablando generalmente, por 1 parte en peso del ingrediente activo de la fórmula (I), hay de manera preferida, 0.05 a 100 partes en peso de los cocomponentes. Con preferencia particular, las mezclas contienen 0.1 a 10 partes en peso de los cocomponentes por parte en peso del ingrediente activo de la fórmula (I). Existe un efecto sinergístico para los herbicidas, puesto que la acción herbicida de la combinación del ingrediente activo es mayor que aquélla de los ingredientes activos aplicados de manera individual. La acción anticipada para una combinación dada de dos herbicidas, puede calcularse como sigue (véase COLBY, S.R.: "Calculating synergistic and antagonistic responses of herbicide combinations", Weeds 15, páginas 20-22, 1967). Si X = % de daño por el herbicida A (ingrediente activo de la fórmula I) a p kg/ha de proporción de aplicación y Y = % de daño por el herbicida B (ingrediente activo de la fórmula II) a q kg/ha de proporción de aplicación y E = el daño anticipado de los herbicidas A y B a p y q kg/ha de proporción de aplicación, entonces E = X + Y - (X*Y/100). Si el daño real es mayor que el calculado, entonces la combinación es superaditiva en su acción; esto es, exhibe un efecto sinergístico. Las combinaciones del ingrediente activo que comprenden el compuesto de fórmula (I) y otros herbicidas y/o agentes para la protección de cosechas conocidos de hecho, tienen la característica de la propiedad que su acción herbicida como se encuentra, es mayor que la acción calculada; en otras palabras, las combinaciones del ingrediente activo actúan de manera sinergística.

Entre todas las mezclas indicadas, se puede dar énfasis a aquéllas en las cuales el cocomponente se selecciona del siguiente grupo de cocomponentes: acetoclor, aclonifen, alaclor, amidosulfuron, atrazina, bromoxinilo, heptanoato de bromoxinilo, octanoato de bromoxinilo, bromoxinilo potásico, clorsulfuron, clodinafop-propargilo, 2,4-D y sus sales, aminas y esteres, difenzoquat, diflufenican, dimetenamid, dimetenamid-P, etoxisulfuron y su sal de sodio, flufenacet, flupirsulfuron-metilo y su sal de sodio, foramsulfuron, glufosinato, glufosinato de amonio, glifosato, glifosato de amonio, glifosato de isopropilamonio, glifosato sódico, glifosato de trimesio, imazametabenz-metilo, imazapic, yodosulfuron-metilo sódico, isoxaflutol, MCPA, mesotriona, metolaclor, S-metolaclor, mesosulfuron-metilo y su sal de sodio, nicosulfuron, pendimetalina, picolinafen, prosulfuron, sulcotriona, sulfosulfuron, terbutilacina, tralcoxidim y triasulfuron. Puede darse énfasis máximo a la combinación A + pinoxaden o A = pinoxaden + cloquintocet-mexilo. Una composición herbicida compuesta de una combinación de ingrediente activo que comprende el compuesto A y pinoxaden y también, cuando sea apropiado, el agente para la protección de cosechas cloquintocet-mexilo, es especialmente adecuado en el método de la ¡nvención, y también para controlar las especies Avena.
En donde las composiciones no se han descrito de manera específica en la WO 03/026426, todas las composiciones herbicidas que comprenden las combinaciones de ingredientes activos mencionados anteriormente, se proporcionan de igual manera en la presente especificación. Los ingredientes activos en las combinaciones de ingredientes activos listados de manera explícita anteriormente, pueden utilizarse en combinación (por ejemplo, como una mezcla para tanque), o además secuencialmente antes de la siembra, preemergencia (después de la siembra), postemergencia (etapa de 1-2 hojas), postemergencia (etapa de 2-4 hojas), y postemergencia (etapa de 6 hojas), produciendo así, por ejemplo, el siguiente esquema de aplicación generalizado:
Como ya se mencionó anteriormente, es posible utilizar el compuesto de fórmula (I) y también los productos de combinación listados anteriormente con los cocomponentes herbicidas y/o los agentes para la protección de cosechas para tratar todas las plantas y sus partes, de acuerdo con la invención. En una modalidad preferida, las especies de plantas silvestres y variedades cultivadas de plantas, o aquéllas obtenidas mediante métodos de crianza biológica, tales como cruza y fusión del protoplasto y partes de las mismas, se tratan. En una modalidad adicional preferida, se tratan las plantas transgénicas y las variedades cultivadas de plantas obtenidas mediante métodos de ingeniería genética, si es apropiado en combinación con métodos convencionales (Organismos Modificados Genéticamente), y partes de las mismas. El término "partes" o "partes de las plantas" o "partes de la planta", se han explicado anteriormente. Con referencia particular, las plantas de las variedades cultivadas de plantas que son, en cada caso comercialmente disponibles o en uso, se tratan de acuerdo con la invención. Las variedades cultivadas de plantas se entienden como que significan plantas que tienen propiedades novedosas ("rasgos"), que se han obtenido mediante crianza convencional, mediante mutagénesis o técnicas de ADN recombinante. Estos pueden ser variedades cultivadas, bio o genotipos. Dependiendo de las especies de plantas y las variedades cultivadas de plantas, su ubicación y condiciones de crecimiento (suelos, clima, periodo de vegetación, dieta), el tratamiento de acuerdo con la ¡nvención puede resultar también en efectos superadititos ("sinergísticos"). Así, por ejemplo, las velocidades de aplicación reducidas y/o de ampliación del espectro de actividad y/o el incremento en la actividad de las sustancias y composiciones que pueden utilizarse de acuerdo con la ¡nvención, también en combinación con otros ingredientes agroquímicos activos, son posibles un mejor crecimiento de la planta, tolerancia incrementada a temperaturas altas o bajas, tolerancia incrementada a sequía o a contenido de agua o sal del suelo, desempeño incrementado de floración, recolección más fácil, maduración acelerada, altos rendimientos de la recolección, calidad más alta y/o valor nutritivo más alto de los productos recolectados, mejor estabilidad al almacenamiento y/o procesabilidad de los productos recolectados, que exceden los efectos que se esperaban actualmente. Las plantas transgénicas o las variedades cultivadas de plantas preferidas (obtenidas mediante ingeniería genética) que se tratan de acuerdo con la invención, incluyen todas las plantas que en virtud de la modificación genética, han recibido material genético que imparte rasgos útiles, particularmente ventajosos a esas plantas. Los ejemplos de tales rasgos son un mejor crecimiento de la planta, tolerancia incrementada a temperaturas altas o bajas, tolerancia incrementada a la sequía o al contenido de agua o sal del suelo, desempeño incrementado de la floración, recolección más fácil, maduración acelerada, rendimientos de recolección más altos, calidad más alta y/o valor nutritivo más alto de los productos recolectados, mejor estabilidad con el almacenamiento y/o procesabilidad de los productos recolectados. Los ejemplos adicionales y particularmente enfatizados de tales rasgos son una mejor defensa de las plantas contra plagas animales y microbianas, tales como contra insectos, ácaros, hongos fitopatogénicos, bacterias y/o virus, y también tolerancia incrementada de las plantas a ciertos ingredientes herbicidas activos. Los ejemplos de plantas transgénicas que pueden mencionarse son las plantas de cosechas importantes, tales como cereales (trigo, arroz), maíz, soya, papas, algodón, semillas oleaginosas de colza y también plantas frutales (con las frutas manzanas, peras, frutas cítricas y uvas), y se da énfasis particular al maíz, soya, papas, algodón y semillas oleaginosas de colza. Los rasgos que se enfatizan son en particular la defensa incrementada de las plantas contra insectos en virtud de toxinas formadas en las plantas, en particular, aquéllas formadas en las plantas por el material genético de Bacillus thuringiensis (por ejemplo, por los genes CrylA(a), CrylA(b), CrylA(c), CryllA, CrylllA, CrylllB2, Cry9c, Cry2Ab, Cry3Bb y CrylF y también combinaciones de los mismos) (referidas aquí posteriormente como "plantas Bt"). Los rasgos que se enfatizan particularmente son la defensa incrementada de las plantas contra hongos, bacterias y virus, mediante una resistencia sistémica adquirida (SAR), sistemina, fitoalexinas, inductores y genes de resistencia y proteínas y toxinas expresadas de manera correspondiente. Los rasgos que se enfatizan particularmente además, son la tolerancia incrementada de las plantas a ciertos compuestos herbecidamente activos, por ejemplo, imidazolinonas, sulfonilureas, glifosato o fosfinotricina (por ejemplo, el gen "PAT"). Los genes que imparten los rasgos deseados en cuestión pueden también estar presentes en combinación uno con el otro en las plantas transgénicas. Los ejemplos de "plantas Bt" que pueden mencionarse, son variedades de maíz, variedades de soya y variedades de papa, que se venden bajo los nombres comerciales YIELD GARD® (por ejemplo, maíz, algodón, soya), KnockOut® (por ejemplo, maíz), StarLink® (por ejemplo, maíz), Bollgard® (algodón), Nucotn® (algodón) y NewLeal® (papa). Los ejemplos de plantas tolerantes a los herbicidas que pueden mencionarse son variedades de maíz, variedades de algodón y variedades de soya que se venden bajo los nombres comerciales Roundup Ready® (tolerancia al glifosato, por ejemplo, maíz, algodón, soya), Liberty Link® (tolerancia a la fosfinotricina, por ejemplo, semillas oleaginosas de colza), IMI® (tolerancia a las imidazolinonas) y STS® (tolerancia a las sulfonilureas, por ejemplo, maíz). Las plantas resistentes a los herbicidas (plantas cultivadas de una manera convencional para la tolerancia al herbicida) que pueden mencionarse, incluyen las variedades vendidas bajo el nombre Clearfield® (por ejemplo, maíz). Por supuesto, estar afirmaciones también se aplican a las variedades cultivadas de plantas que tienen estos rasgos genéticos, o en rasgos genéticos aún por desarrollarse, que se desarrollarán y/o comercializarán en el futuro. Las plantas listadas pueden tratarse de una manera particularmente ventajosa con el compuesto de fórmula (I), el control efectivo de las plantas de maleza se acompaña además por los efectos sinergísticos mencionados anteriormente con las plantas o las variedades cultivadas transgénicas. Los intervalos preferidos indicados anteriormente para los ingredientes activos o mezclas también se aplican al tratamiento de estas plantas. Se da énfasis particular al tratamiento de las plantas con los compuestos o mezclas mencionados específicamente en el presente texto. El compuesto de fórmula (I) y las mezclas que comprenden este compuesto pueden convertirse en la formulaciones acostumbradas, tales como soluciones, emulsiones, polvos humectables, suspensiones, microgránulos, polvos, pastas, polvos solubles, granulos, concentrados de suspensión-emulsión, materiales naturales impregnados con el ingrediente activo, materiales sintéticos impregnados con el ingrediente activo y microencapsulaciones en sustancias poliméricas. Estas formulaciones se producen convencionalmente, tal como mediante mezclado del ingrediente activo con extensores, en otras palabras, solventes líquidos y/o portadores sólidos, en donde sea apropiado, con el uso de agentes con superficie activa, es decir, emulsificantes y/o dispersantes y/o formadores de espuma. En donde el extensor utilizado incluye agua, también es posible, por ejemplo, emplear solventes orgánicos como solventes auxiliares. Los solventes líquidos adecuados son esencialmente como sigue: hidrocarbonos aromáticos tales como xileno, tolueno o alquilnaftalenos, compuestos aromáticos clorados tales como clorobencenos, compuestos alifáticos clorados tales como cloroetilenos o cloruro de metileno, hidrocarbonos alifáticos tales como ciciohexano o parafinas, fracciones de petróleo, aceites minerales y aceites vegetales, alcoholes tales como butanol o glicol y también sus éteres y esteres, cetonas tales como acetona, metil etil cetona, metil isobutil cetona o ciciohexanona, solventes altamente polares tales como dimetilformamida y sulfóxido de dimetilo y agua. Los portadores sólidos adecuados ¡ncluyen los siguientes: por ejemplo, sales de amonio y polvos finos de minerales naturales, tales como caolines, arcillas, talco, gis, cuarzo, atapulgita, montmoriloníta o tierra diatomácea, y polvos finos de materiales sintéticos, tales como sílice altamente dispersa, alúmina y silicatos; los portadores sólidos adecuados para los granulos incluyen lo siguiente: por ejemplo, minerales naturales triturados y fraccionados, tales como calcita, mármol, piedra pómez, sepiolita y dolomita, y también granulos sintéticos de polvos finos orgánicos e inorgánicos, y también granulos de material orgánico tal como aserrín, cubiertas de coco, olotes de maíz y tallos de tabaco; los emulsificantes y/o formadores de espuma adecuados incluyen lo siguiente: por ejemplo, emulsificantes no iónicos y aniónicos, tales como esteres de ácido graso de polioxietileno, éteres de alcohol graso de polioxietileno, por ejemplo, éteres de alquilaril poliglicol, alquilsulfonatos, alquilsulfatos, arilsulfonatos e hidrolisados de proteína; y los dispersantes adecuados incluyen lo siguiente: por ejemplo, licores de desecho de sulfito de lignina y metilcelulosa. Los aditivos adicionales pueden ser aceites minerales y vegetales. Es posible utilizar colorantes tales como pigmentos inorgánicos, tales como óxido de hierro, óxido de titanio y Azul de Prusia, y tintes orgánicos, tales como tintes de alizarina, tintes azo, y tintes de ftalocianina metálica, y nutrientes en trazas tales como sales de hierro, manganeso, boro, cobre, cobalto, molibdeno y zinc. Las formulaciones contienen generalmente entre 0.1 y 95 por ciento en peso del ingrediente activo, de manera preferida, entre 0.5% y 90%. El compuesto de fórmula (I) y sus sales puede emplearse per se, en la forma de sus formulaciones, o las formas de aplicación preparadas a partir de las mismas mediante dilución adicional, tales como soluciones listas para utilizarse, suspensiones, emulsiones, polvos, pastas y granulos. La aplicación tiene lugar de una manera convencional, tal como vertido, rociado, inyectado o difundido. El compuesto de fórmula (I) y sus sales puede aplicarse tanto antes como después de la emergencia de las plantas. También pueden incorporarse en el suelo antes de siembra. La cantidad del ingrediente activo empleado puede variar en un intervalo relativamente amplio. Depende sustancialmente de la naturaleza del efecto deseado. Las proporciones de aplicación están generalmente entre 1 g
(de manera preferida, 8 g) y 125 g del ingrediente activo de fórmula (I) por hectárea de superficie del suelo, de manera preferida, entre 2 g y 60 g por hectárea, de manera más preferida, 10 g y 30 g por hectárea. Como una proporción de aplicación inventiva que es una proporción más preferida, puede hacerse mención de 10 g a 15 g por hectárea. El efecto particularmente ventajoso de la tolerancia de las plantas de las cosechas de las combinaciones de ingredientes activos con el agente para la protección de cosechas agregado que puede emplearse en el método de la invención, es particularmente pronunciado en ciertas relaciones de concentración. Sin embargo, es posible variar las relaciones en peso de los compuestos de fórmula (I) al agente para la protección de cosechas dentro de intervalos relativamente amplios. De manera preferida, hay de 1 a 25 partes en peso del agente para la protección de cosechas y de manera más preferida, 3 a 6 partes en peso del agente para la protección de cosechas por parte en peso del ingrediente activo de la fórmula (I). El uso del compuesto de fórmula (I) y de sus sales, se ilustra mediante los ejemplos siguientes.
EJEMPLOS DE APLICACIÓN
A. Ensayos postemergencia/campo El compuesto de fórmula (I) se probó bajo condiciones de campo en trigo Winter en Alemania y Polonia contra la maleza económicamente significativa Apera spica-venti. Los ensayos del proyecto se instituyeron en tierra cultivada de manera agronómica; y las condiciones del cultivo y el clima deben considerarse como representativos durante el periodo bajo investigación. Se seleccionaron de manera preferida áreas con una población de maleza particularmente alta. El ingrediente activo se aplicó postemergencia (primavera), a través del área rociando con un tamaño de gota medio. Una preparación apropiada del ingrediente activo se produjo formulando el ingrediente activo como un 10 WP (10% peso/peso de agua-polvo dispersable,), mezclado con el agente para la protección de cosechas mefenpir-dietilo como un 15 WG (15% peso/peso de agua-gránulos dispersables) y con sulfatos de éter alquílico como un aditivo, y se aplicaron con cantidades acostumbradas de agua. Para la valoración de la tolerancia de la cosecha, los casos de inhibición del crecimiento de la planta o iluminación del área de la hoja se clasificaron como el % de daño en comparación con el desarrollo del control no tratado, 1 a 7 semanas después del tratamiento. La actividad herbicida se valoró varias veces después del tratamiento, basándose en el desarrollo de las malezas, como un % de reducción en comparación con el control no tratado. Para estos propósitos: 0% = sin daño a la cosecha o sin acción herbicida; 100% = destrucción total de la cosecha o de las malezas, respectivamente.
Los ensayos llevados a cabo muestran que el compuesto de fórmula (I) es particularmente efectivo para controlar las variedades anuales de Apera spica-venti en cereales. ["% peso/peso" = por ciento en peso]

Claims (2)
1.- El uso del compuesto 5-metoxi-4-metil-2-[(4-metoxicarbonil-2-metiltien-3-il)sulfonilaminocarbonil]-2,4-dihidro-3H-1 ,2,4-triazol-3-ona de la fórmula (I) y/o de las sales del compuesto de fórmula (I), para controlar de manera selectiva las malezas del género Apera en cosechas de plantas útiles.
2.- Un método para controlar de manera selectiva las malezas del género Apera en cosechas de plantas útiles, caracterizado además porque comprende aplicar el compuesto de fórmula (I) de conformidad con la reivindicación 1 y/o las sales del compuesto de la fórmula (I) junto con agentes con superficie activa y/o extensores acostumbrados en cosechas de plantas útiles.
