Description

ADVERTISING KIOSK STRUCTURE THAT WORKS AS A PUBLIC WC FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a kiosk structure with advertising panels and more specifically to a cylindrical structure for constructing a public WC and provided on its side faces with advertising panels and an access door.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Most companies are interested in advertising their products or services. For their part, the advertising industry is looking for new ways to capture the views of consumers or potential customers through messages or slogans placed in strategic places with a great influx of observers. The advertising media that exist have several types of advertising such as movies, TV, spectacular advertisements, billboards, fences, stalls for the sale of magazines and newspapers, parahuses, pedestrian bridges, etc. Because we are continually looking for new means to advertise the products or services, one of them is the advertising kiosks that serve as public toilets.
The patent of the United States of America No. 6,920,650 granted on July 26, 2005 to Wieringa, describes and protects a portable public toilet of cylindrical shape with lateral advertising panels, provided with a circular base fixed to a platform, on the base thereof. it fits a cylindrical tube with open upper and lower ends and a lateral opening to locate the entrance door to the inside of the tube or of the space defined for the WC, finally we have a circular and arched roof that is located on the upper edge from the upper end of the tube. The flexible advertising elements stick to the side walls of the tubular body of the WC. The United States of America patent No. 6,763,626 granted to Wieringa on July 20, 2004, describes and protects an advertising display system that is additionally and externally adapted to a public toilet with a rectangular body. The adaptation is carried out by means of four posts placed in the corners of the portable WC, a clamp assembly is placed along each corner. At least three arched advertising panels are selectively placed at each corner, the convex surface of the arch facing outwardly from the body of the toilet. Each advertising panel consists of two sheets of transparent acrylic in the middle of which are placed the printed sheets with the advertising message, said sheets are fastened to the posts by means of the clamps in the shape of "T" located along the corners of portable toilets. The international application WO 2004/035948 whose holder is Holwerda Cleaning Combinatie BV, published on April 24, 2004, which refers to a cylindrical kiosk which in the open position is a urinal that allows the user to urinate and in its closed position makes the function of a space for advertising in strategic places of urban places. The kiosk is connected to the drain by means of a rubber siphon that prevents odors, on the other hand, it takes the energy from the municipal public network. The door can be opened remotely. The United States of America patent No. 6,668,392, granted to Mason on December 30, 2003, describes and protects a cylindrical housing for a portable public WC which has on its side wall an opening for a door and the door mounted on it, said door can be moved between an open position and a closed position; each section is joined to the edge of the other section by means of rivets, the upper portion may have the shape of a beverage bottle. The patent of the United States of America No. 6,640,356 granted to Hans on November 4, 2003, describes and protects a urinal that contains an electronic screen or display at the top where the advertising messages appear that are activated automatically when approaching the user, can also be activated through the Internet. The design of the United States of America No Des 416,313, granted to Foster on November 9, 1999, describes and protects an urban public installation in the form of "L" mounted on a platform and with flat side faces enabled as advertising spaces, inside from said installation there is a public WC. The design of the United States of America No. DES 410,093 granted to Stead on May 18, 1999, describes and protects an urban public facility that houses a WC inside, the side walls contain the door on one side, on the other a space enabled with seats to wait for the bus along with an advertising space.

It is another object of the present invention to provide an effective display of advertising on the exterior wall of a public WC. It is still an object of the present invention to provide a public WC structure that provides at least three advertising panels on the outside of said cylindrical structure. It is also an object of the present invention to provide a structure adapted for at least three advertising spaces, to which the advertisement can be easily changed, because they are held in a rotating manner.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The following describes a publicity kiosk that houses a public WC inside, said kiosk consists of an internal structure of PTR, divided into an upper body, a lower body, posts of attachment between said structures to form a cylindrical body that has at least three advertising side windows, a roof, a door area, an upper panel above the door, roof panels in the lower structure, floor structure, exterior profiles that cover the structure and form the frames of the windows and doors. The windows and the roof are covered with acrylic and a vinyl frame is superimposed on the windows. The kiosk is fastened to a concrete circular base with a resistance of 250 Kg / cm2 (not shown in the figures), formed by a disk of 2.20 m in diameter and a thickness of 0.15 m; the lower structure consists of two PTR base semicircles (2"x 2") 5.08 cm x 5.08 cm in 14 gauge, which is secured to the floor with eight expansive fasteners (> 1.27 cm), said semicircular structure parallel are superimposed in turn, to a structure of rectangles with a diagonal also of PTR of (2"x 2") 5.08 cm x 5.08 cm in caliber 14, in each of the 4 vertices of said rectangles a post PTR is secured of (4"x 2") 10.16 cm x 5.08 cm in 14 gauge that constitute the columns of the internal structure and that hold the upper structure formed by two parallel circles PTR base (2"x 2") 5.08 cm x 5.08 cm in 14 gauge, which is secured to the end of the post and said structure of parallel circumferences are superimposed in turn, to a structure of two horizontal parallel rectangles joined in turn, by vertical rectangles with a diagonal also of PTR of (2" x 2") 5.08 cm x 5.08 cm in 14 gauge, in each of the 4 vertices of the lower rectangle or tangency points with the circumference is secured by a pole PTR of (4"x 2") 10.16 cm x 5.08 cm in gauge 14. On the inside of the posts, two vertical channels (1/4 in) 0.635 cm thick are secured to receive and guide the WC unit.
The roof (not shown in the figures) is a flat top panel and / or circular dome of translucent acrylic 6 mm thick, with a diameter of 2.10 m and fastened with 4 screws to the circle of the PTR structure of the upper body. The lighting system, both for the interior of the WC and for banners or advertising panels, consists of 12 lamps of 2.40 m long and 80 Watts, whose light is diffused by a white acrylic sheet of 6 mm thickness. The area of advertising impact is made up of three banners or panels, two lateral and one rear with dimensions of 2.77 m in height and 1.22 m in width; a banner or front panel just above the door with dimensions of 0.90 m wide by 0.75 m high. For a better understanding of the subject matter of the present invention, the elements of Figure 5 are described, which represents one of the preferred embodiments of the advertising kiosk (1) of the present invention; it consists of a lower structural body of PTR of 5.08 cm by 5.08 cm formed by two parallel horizontal semicircles (18), a series of structural rectangles (13); in each of the vertices or points of tangency with the semicircumferences a structural post (19) is placed which constitutes the structural support columns of the advertising kiosk, at the upper end of said posts (19) an upper structure is placed, similar to the lower one, which is inscribed inside the internal face of the posts; said structure consists of two parallel circumferences (4) of PTR of 5.08 cm by 5.08 cm (2"x 2"), superimposed on a structural square (2) of PTR of 5.08 cm by 5.08 cm, respectively in each of the circumferences, said squares united in their vertices by four vertical posts of the same material, forming in this way four vertical rectangles that are reinforced by means of a diagonal (3). The structure of the upper body is covered with four flat upper panels (6), separated one by one by four brackets (5) regularly distributed on each structural post, to said flat upper panel (6) a floating upper panel is superimposed (7) of lesser width and which is also secured in the above-mentioned brackets, at the end of said upper body is placed a flat top panel of a translucent material as a roof (not shown) and a metal ring around and which is located in the posts of the corbels (5) (not shown). On the sides are the banners or advertising panels, two sides, one back and one just above the door area (14), another called top panel (15), the panels are formed of a structure formed by two posts ( 19), a 6 mm thick white acrylic sheet (8) and a vinyl frame (9), the door area (14) consists of a structural frame (16) moldings and the steel sheet door itself stainless (not shown), to the structure of the door is attached a floor structure (12) consisting of a series of three rectangles inscribed within a perimeter frame of square shape, made of PTR material of 5.08 cm by 5.08 cm . The lower structural body of PTR of 5.08 cm by 5.08 cm and consisting of two parallel semicircles (18) superimposed on two parallel semi-squares (13), both joined by four vertical posts to form three vertical structural rectangles (not shown) with a diagonal Said lower structural body is covered with three textured lower panels (10), the remaining section is covered with the door (not shown) of the advertising kiosk object of the present invention; in front of the door has a step shaped circle section called banquetón (11). Finally it is to be emphasized that the posts are covered with a flat molding (17). In figure 6, the advertising kiosk of figure 5 is shown; but with some variants such as the floating top panel (7) placed completely on the flat top panel (6) and secured on the brackets (5); the area of the rectangular window or billboard (60) is also shown where the acrylic sheet and the advertisement are placed, framed by the vinyl frame (9); because in this figure the acrylic sheet is not placed, the lower structural body can be seen with the upper structural semicircle (61), parallel and horizontal to the lower structural semicircle (62), the parallel and horizontal structural semi-squares (13), that is, without the side where the door will be placed, the diagonals (3) of the vertical rectangles and the floor structure (12). Figure 7 a, is the PTR structure of 5.08 cm by 5.08 cm in caliber 14, of the upper body (70) and consists of two parallel base (4) structural circumferences superimposed on two parallel structural squares (2), joined by means of four vertical poles (71) of 0.64 m in length that are located in the vertices of the squares (2), in this way a height of 0.75 m is given to the upper structural body (70), the circumferences (4) have a diameter of 1.81 m and the sides of the square a length of 1.20 m. In this stage four vertical rectangles have already been formed between the sides of the square (2) and the posts (71), said rectangles (72) are reinforced by means of a diagonal (3); thus in this way the upper structural body corresponding to figure 7 a is constructed.
