Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una composicion almidonosa liquida y a sus usos en la industria, en particular como un aditivo en la produccion de papel y carton, como un aditivo para el tratamiento de agua industrial, ya sea proveniente de la produccion de papel o de carton, o para la preparacion de estos aditivos. La composicion almidonosa cationica liquida esta caracterizada por material los valores seleccionados de material seco, viscosidad, contenido total de nitrogeno y pH. En particular, la viscosidad es de 200 mPa.s, con un maximo de 1000 mPa.s, particularmente comprendida entre 250 y 950 mPa.s (de acuerdo con la prueba T). El contenido de nitrogeno es de al menos 0.6% con un maximo de 1.4% (seco/seco). Dicha composicion almidonosa cationica liquida puede contener, en particular, al menos un poliol, preferiblemente un sacarido, y usarse como esta o despues de ser diluida. Dicha composicion es particularmente apropiada, entre otras cosas, para la preparacion de agentes adhesivos, particularmente del tipo ASA para ponerla en contacto, directamente o no, con una composicion fibrosa que tiene un contenido de iones de calcio elevado.
