Abstract
Se provee un metodo y aparato para los procedimientos eficientes de control de tasa de trasferencia de datos y control de potencia mediante la transmision de un canal piloto primario y secundario asociado con un canal de datos. Los canales piloto primario y secundario se utilizan para mejorar la relacion senal a ruido SNR, fase de referencia y calculos de amplitud mediante la combinacion de los mismos para la decodificacion de los datos en el canal de datos. Una relacion de niveles de potencia de los canales piloto primario y secundario se base en por lo menos uno de la tasa de transferencia de datos y tamano de la carga util del canal de datos. El nivel de potencia del canal piloto primario se mantiene independiente de por lo menos uno de tasa de transferencia de datos y tamano de la carga util del canal de datos. El nivel de potencia del canal piloto secundario se puede ajustar tomando como base por lo menos uno de la tasa de transferencia de datos y tamano de la carga util del canal de datos. Tomando como base la comparacion entre la tasa de transferencia de datos calculada del canal de datos y un valor predeterminado, se hace una determinacion, respecto a si es necesaria o no la transmision del canal piloto comun primario y el secundario.
