Abstract
La presente invencion proporciona inhibidores de histona desacetilasa para usarse para inhibir la proliferacion y/o migracion de celulas de musculo suave. La presente invencion ademas proporciona dispositivos medicos recubiertos con los inhibidores de histona desacetilasa. La presente invencion tambien proporciona el uso de dispositivos medicos en metodos para inhibir la proliferacion y/o la migracion de celulas de musculo suave. Adicionalmente, la presente invencion proporciona metodos para inhibir la proliferacion y/o la migracion de celulas de musculo suave no neoplasticas. Finalmente, la presente invencion proporciona metodos para evitar o tratar la re-estenosis despues de la angioplastia o implantacion de molde en un sujeto.
