Abstract

El cabezal impulsor de bomba mejorado (1) tiene una caja prensaestopas integrada (9) y comprende: una transmision de potencia (3, 4) acoplada al eje impulsor de la bomba rotativa (8) dentro de un pozo de petroleo crudo; una caja prensaestopas (9) para retener la presion; un montaje de empuje (6) adaptado para aguantar la fuerza de traccion ejercida sobre dicho eje de la bomba. Ademas tiene dicha transmision de potencia compuesta de un tubo (5, 16) dispuesto para ser girado coaxialmente con el eje (8) y que tiene al menos dos diametros diferentes. Las juntas estancas rotativas (20; 50) ajustan sobre el diametro exterior pequeno del tubo para establecer estanqueidad a fluido entre dicho tubo y el cuerpo (19) de la caja prensaestopas. El diametro de trabajo (51) de las juntas estancas (20; 50) es menor que el diametro exterior grande de dicho tubo (5, 16). Estan provistas juntas estancas estaticas (17) entre el tubo y el eje (8). De este modo, las juntas estancas estaticas (17) y las juntas estancas rotativas (20; 50) estan adaptadas para salir junto con dicho tubo y el anillo de retencion (22) para las juntas estancas. Ventajosamente, asociado con dicho cabezal esta la abrazadera mejorada (10) para bloquear el eje impulsor de la bomba rotativa (8) en pozos de petroleo crudo, abrazadera que incluye par de mordazas (35, 36), una de traccion (35) y una de empuje (36) accionadas por medio de un tronillo (38) que actua con su extremo sobre una mordaza (35) y que engrana en un orificio roscado en la otra mordaza (36).
