Description

ARRANGEMENT OF SPACE AND ELEMENT AND METHOD OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THE REGULATION OF THE CLIMATE IN THE SPACE FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a spatial arrangement in accordance with the prologue of claim 1, a construction element in connection with the spatial array, as well as a method for local climate control within a building. In this way, the present invention relates to such a spatial arrangement comprising a reservoir, such as a water tank or its like which is essentially limited with respect to its edge as well as a dome-like structure that is arranged on the reservoir.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In accordance with the foregoing, the present invention also relates to a dome-like structure that will be arranged over the reservoir having an essentially limited edge or flange and also to a method for controlling or regulating the prevailing climate in the reservoir. deposit, which is essentially limited with respect to its edge. Such spaces having the main purpose are well known, such as a central element that includes a reservoir, especially a water tank such as a jacuzzi, pool or even a tub. Such spaces can constitute a part of the recreational facilities, or can be associated with for example, a home sauna, in which cases, the deposit element constitutes a type of functional center within which one or more persons can find a certain type of recreation. The recreational value is increased with details such as statues, plants or pleasant furniture that are arranged as part of the decoration near the deposit. The recreational value also increases when heating the water, with arrangements of bubbles, etc., that can be applied in the water. U.S. Patent No. PCT / F199 / 009354 discloses an arrangement wherein several separate spaces are arranged within a common structure and where the separate spaces can be controlled independently. The purpose of the present application is primarily to complement such an arrangement in the manner described in the appended claims. In this way, the spatial arrangement according to the present invention, the invention is characterized in that one or several dome-like structures are arranged so that their edge follows the edge of their corresponding deposit related to their respective dome. An apparatus for controlling the climate is adapted to the spatial arrangement, which is constituted as mentioned, and by means of a control arrangement, the climate between the water surface of the reservoir and the structural element located on the reservoir can be controlled in a controlled manner. local within the dome type structure. Correspondingly, the structural element in accordance with the present invention is characterized by a climate control apparatus that predominates under the dome and integrally connects with the structural element, which is essentially open at its lower end. The method according to the present invention is characterized in that it covers the tank with a dome-like structural element and carries the element to follow the edge thereof, the edge of the water tank and to control the climate as desired between the structural element and the surface of the water, by means of an apparatus for locally controlling the climate, wherein the apparatus is arranged in connection with the structural element or the edge structure of the reservoir. With this control by means of connection it is intended to change the climate that predominates in the space, completely to correspond to certain pre-defined climatological properties, in other aspects different from the warming. Thus, the invention also includes a temperature and / or humidity regulation of the air so that the prevailing climate in the space corresponds, for example, to an arctic climate, to a desert climate or to the predominant climate in the Mediterranean region, regardless of the type of climate in which the deposit space is located. Climate control also includes that the basic regulation of climate is carried out in accordance with a certain geographical region and that the climate is regulated to differ from the basic regulation to correspond, for example, to different stations in the region. Other convenient embodiments of the present invention are described in the appended dependent claims.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION An arrangement in accordance with the present invention is especially suitable for use in conjunction with existing reservoirs such as pools and their like. The arrangement is especially useful for relatively small tanks that are often found in conventional sanitary cabins or outdoors in recreational parks. The area of such deposits can vary from only one square meter to several tens of square meters. By means of the arrangement according to the present invention, the recreational value of the reservoir or space connected therewith can be increased on a large scale, ie, after the construction of the reservoir. With respect to this, it should be noted that the expression that the edge or tab "follows" is intended to mean that between the edge of the deposit and the inner edge of the dome-like structure is at most a couple of meters, Appropriate way from 0.5 to 1.5 meters.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, wherein Figure 1 is a perspective view of a general arrangement in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 is an exemplary manner seen from the top which generally discloses the manner in which the structural elements can be interconnected to constitute major buildings, in accordance with the embodiment of the present invention. Figure 3 also seen from the top in a corresponding manner exposes an alternative interconnection arrangement.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In accordance with Figure 1 a general arrangement in accordance with the present invention includes a dome-like structural element 2 which is conveniently arranged on a water pool or a similar reservoir 1. With respect to its edge or flange 3, the reservoir 1 is limited to define an area that can be clearly distinguished from the rest of the spatial structures. On this area the dome structure can be arranged in such a way that essentially follows the edges of the deposit 1. In the Figure, it can be seen that this expression is intended to cover also the arrangement where a couple of meters can be between the edge 3 and the reservoir 1 and the lower edge 4 of the dome-like structure, for example, so that around the reservoir there is a space for the users, for example, people 5 who walk in the recreational park.
As such, the arrangement that follows the edge of the tank ensures that the climate regulation is accurate and the apparatus has a small size. In accordance with the present invention, the apparatus 6 is arranged in connection with the total arrangement of the space, that is conveniently with the dome structure, apparatus by means of which the climate defined by the tank 1 and the dome 2 can be control exactly or can be controlled in accordance with the desired properties, with respect to at least one property or several simultaneous properties or parameters. In the Figure, an air control apparatus 6 is configured, such as a cooling device and / or a heating device, a humidity regulator, a flavor generator, or some other similar device that has effects on the properties of the climate , it is configured in a favorable manner in relation to the dome-like space, whereby the apparatus without complicated pipes can have a direct impact on the climate. Such a structure can be achieved in such a way that the dome-like structural element 2 and the climate regulator 6 can be lifted or transported in some way from one location to another. Again, in some cases, the apparatus can be placed at a distance from the current dome, in which case, the apparatus acts on the prevailing climate in the dome 2 by, for example, pipes (not shown). With particular advantage, the climate regulating apparatus 6 includes known means, as for example to regulate the surrounding air space to correspond to different stations. Again, the temperature of the water in the reservoir 1 can be maintained at a temperature that resembles the station or for example, at an "opposite" temperature so that the reservoir is tempered when the weather is cold or very cold, while the temperature is cold. Tank 1 is kept covered by ice, at the same time when the climate is regulated to resemble tropical heat. In accordance with a particularly convenient embodiment, the climate control apparatus 6 is arranged to operate in connection with a heating and / or cooling apparatus for the water in the tank 1, suitably as an interaction, so that the energy required to heat the water it recovers, at least partially, from the residual energy emanating from the cooling of the air space or vice versa. As such, the dome-like structural element is conveniently arranged in the manner described in the Figure, so that at least a portion of its walls 7 and / or roof portion 8 is a transparent structure, in which case the dome and the persons 5 and / or the decorative elements arranged thereon, such as plants, art pieces (not shown) or their like, add a recreational value also outside the dome 2. In other embodiments, for example, the walls 7 they are deliberately made of a non-transparent material so that the people around the pool 1 remain out of sight of the public. As indicated schematically in the Figures, the dome-like structural element usually includes a door structure 10, unless a passage is included within the dome, for example, a ladder (not shown) in connection with the reservoir. In addition to the regulation of climatological properties, the space formed by the dome can also be made in other ways to correspond, for example, with a desired station or certain geographical location. In this case, the acoustic effects related to the station in question can be generated within the dome-like structure, such as the sound of the wind, the noise of animals found in Arctic climates, the noise of running water, the creaking of ice or other sounds of nature, with the use of means related to the climate regulation apparatus or with the use of separate audio system media. Correspondingly, other elements can also be produced to represent a special climate, in particular, the conditions of the arctic, within the space defined by the dome-like structure 2 and the reservoir 1, as the structures formed by ice in accordance with some patents previous from the same applicant. Suitably, the effect of such elements and the decorative elements can be improved by appropriate lighting within the dome and conveniently with moving or fixed patterns projected from the outside of the dome. By means of sound reproducing systems, conventional music can also be played within the space defined by the dome and information can also be sent to the users, such as information concerning the use of the facilities, for example, related to an incoming telephone call . Especially in relation to the Finnish sauna culture, the present invention can be implemented so that the dome-like structure is provided, for example, with piles of snow (not shown) or with an ice coating covering the water surface of the reservoir , in which a hole is drilled for the winter swim in connection with the sauna bath. Such a climate is associated, for example, with means to produce peaks of snow, which are structurally and functionally connected with the medium 6 to regulate the climate. A sauna, which is naturally associated with the arrangement, can be arranged in an integral way with the dome-like structure, and to be located within an end of an interconnecting tunnel passageway 15 located in the entrance opening 10, as described in Figure 3. Thus, Figures 2 and 3 show schematically that the dome-like structures with the same or different forms can be combined properly to build large facilities. In this way, Figure 2 describes, viewed from above, the dome-like elements arranged in connection with for example, a sauna 11, such that the space 12 constituted by a dome-like structure 2 includes a heated pool 1 around the which 13 tropical elements are arranged, while other space 12a, on the other hand, includes an arctic climate, where the upper one of the pool 1a is covered with ice, where an orifice 14 is cut. In this space, the medium 6 to regulate the climate in a convenient way, it also includes a snow generator (not shown separately) by means of which a layer of snow is generated to produce landslides in the snow. A third 12vc space that connects with sauna 1 may correspond to a Finnish summer evening, with respect to climate and decoration, in which case pool 1b is cold and cool. In this way, the user of the sauna can select the environment to clear. Figure 3, on the other hand, shows the spaces 2, 12c, 12d, 12e and 12f that can be combined in other ways, for example, so that one can move from one space to another. In this case, a first space 12c may include a space connecting to the pool 1c, for example, a forest or the prevailing conditions in the Finnish rainy season. From there, a person can go directly or through an interconnection passage 15 shown in the Figure, to another space 12d, where the water of the pool 1d is warm but in the space other conditions similar to a snowstorm prevail. A next space 12e can again be arctic, such that at least one main portion of the pool 1e is covered with ice. Between the relatively cold spaces 12d and 12e there is a separate structure, which acts as an air lock but is not necessarily required, but when a person goes to the other space 12f with tropical conditions, it is not appropriate for the user to go to through structure 16 as an air lock or at least an air curtain separating the climates. In tropical space 12f, the water in pool 1f can be somewhat warm, in which case tropical fish or their like can be found in pool 1f, or they can be found in an external annular reservoir 1f that is separate from the pool 1f by means of an intermediate wall. Although Figure 3 describes several spaces 12c, 12d, 12e and 12f dome type arranged sequentially, it is clear that the spaces and passages 10, 15, 16 between them can be arranged also in a different way. Especially, in the case of dome-like structural elements 2 are those structurally lightweight so that at the same time they can include the climate regulating apparatus 6, which is integrally included in the element 2, the mutual location of the different spaces 12c 12d, 12 e and 12f can be easily changed, for example, in relation to tanks 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f, arranged on a uniform surface and in relation to other possible deposits 1g. In this case, a re-arrangement is provided by the structure, wherein the dome-like structure element 2 according to Figure 1 comprises individual separate walls 7, 7a, which can be easily exchanged, in which case openings can be arranged. for doors.
Some of the features and objects of the present invention have been described, but it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that they can be used in many forms within the scope of the appended claims. In the same way, the shape of the dome described in the Figures is also schematic and of course, the dome can be made in other ways, for example, in the form of a cone, a pyramid, semi-spherical, cube-shaped or Another way. It is also clear that the smaller portion of the reservoir 1, for example an interconnecting channel with another reservoir, may extend outside the dome-like structure 2. In the same way, one embodiment includes a solution for the purpose of domestic conditions since it can be adapted favorably, for example, in connection with a common tub in a bathroom.
