Abstract
Se proporciona un proceso no catalitico para reducir emisiones de oxido de nitrogeno (NOx) en el efluente da combustion de un aparato de combustion estacionario que comprende contactar, en la zona de combustion del aparato de combustion, una cantidad efectiva de al menos un compuesto de nitrilo con una corriente de desperdicio, una corriente de combustible auxiliar, y aire a una temperatura suficiente para reducir las emisiones de NOX, en dicho efluente de combustion.
