Abstract

The invention relates to a modification to the mobile contact and the support thereof in the monobloc contactor of a traction/braking controller, which serves to improve the method of fixing the interchangeable inserts located in the zone in which the contacts rest on the supports. The inserts positioned in the mobile contact (CM) are fixed using screws and guides which are disposed on either side of same. The cylindrical inserts placed in the contact supports (SCM) are fixed using four screws.

Description

IMPROVEMENT OF INTERCAMBIAL INCORTES IN MOBILE CONTACT AND ITS SUPPORT OF A MONOBLOCK CONVEYOR TRACTION CONTRACTOR - BRAKING BACKGROUND: The present application relates to an improvement of patent N °. 201505 dated June 1, 1998 dealing with interchangeable inserts in mobile contact and its support of a monobloc contactor of Tractor - Brake combiner.
Among the advantages of this improvement in the mobile contact (CM) compared to the previous one is that its maintenance is simpler since the incerto is fixed with screws instead of rivets.
Also in the contact support (SCM) the main advantage is that the cylindrical incerto has a greater fixation to the body of the support to be fixed with 4 screws instead of two.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES " In Figure 1 the mobile contact (CM) is shown where the fixation of the incerto by rivets is observed.
In figure 2 the contact support (Patella) with the cylindrical incerto (C) fixed by means of 2 screws is observed, both pieces correspond to the modification proposed in patent N °. 201505.
On the other hand, Figure 3 shows the mobile contact (CM) with the incerto fixed by means of 2 screws and Figure 4 shows the contact support (Ball) with the cylindrical incerto (C) fixed by means of 4 screws instead of 2. These figures 3 and 4 correspond to the present patent application.
Figure 5 shows the part of the mobile contact (CM) in vertical projection in detail with a machining and in figure 7 the cut H H 'with the 2 channels 1 and 2 to accommodate the insert (IN) is observed.
Figure 6 shows a horizontal projection of the same contact with the channels 1 and 2.
Figure 8 shows the incerto (IN) in perspective with the guides 5 and 6.
Figure 9 shows a vertical projection of the mobile contact (CM) with the incerto (IN) fixed with screws 3 and 4.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION: The present description is an improvement of the invention N °. patent 201505 both the mobile contact (CM) and the contact support (SCM) The investment in the mobile contact (CM) comprises cutting through the wear zone by means of machining and in addition the 2 channels 1 and 2 shown in figures 6 and 7 are born.
The mobile contact (CM) as in the mentioned patent consists of an interchangeable incerto (IN) in the shape of a half moon as shown in figure 8 but instead of being an electrolytic copper foil with bends at the ends and perforations for housing rivets is a half moon with the guides 5 and 6 located on the sides of the incerto (IN) as indicated in figure 8 which serve to fit in the body of the mobile contact (CM) through the channels 1 and 2 shown in Figures 6 and 7 this assembly prevents the crescent having transverse movement and getting out of place. It is also fixed to the contact body by means of screws 3 and 4 which are located in the same place as the rivets of the aforementioned patent (see figures 9, 10 and 11).
The main advantage of this modification is that it considerably increases the functionality and maintenance since it improves the interchangeability of the incerto (half moon) because it is easier to unscrew, than to eliminate the rivets.
On the other hand, the improvement to the support of the SCM contact (Ball) consists in fixing the incerto (C) in the form of a roller (see Figure 9) by means of 4 screws instead of 2 transversal ones of the modification of the 201505 patent ( see figures 6, 7 and 8).
This improvement has some advantages with respect to the modification of the referred patent, the main ones being that the incerto (C) has greater fixation to the body of the support since it has been observed from experience that some cylindrical incertos (C) have loosened with the use by what is more convenient to use four screws instead of two.
Another advantage is that you can use thinner screws and more commercial which results in greater functionality.

CLAIMS Improvement in the monobloc contractor mounted in a traction-braking combiner with mobile contacts (CM) characterized in that the interchangeable inserts located where they pivot on the supports (SCM) are fixed by means of guides on the sides of these. The incertos are of copper of configuration of half moon without folds in the ends The incertos claim 2 are fixed to the body of the mobile contact (CM) by means of screws located at the ends of the half moon and half of these.
