Abstract

En la operacion de una computadora, una pluralidad de instrucciones de codigo de bytes o instrucciones de pseudocodigo, por lo menos algunas de las instrucciones de pseudocodigo que comprenden una pluralidad de instrucciones de codigo de maquina, son almacenadas en una memoria de computadora. Para cada una de la pluralidad de tareas o trabajos a ser efectuados por la computadora, un enhebrado virtual respectivo de datos de contexto de ejecucion es creado automaticamente. Cada uno de los enhebrados virtuales incluye (a) un sitio de memoria de una siguiente de las instrucciones de pseudocodigo a ser ejecutadas al llevar a cabo la tarea o trabajo especifico y (b) los valores de cualesquier variables locales requeridas para llevar a cabo la tarea o trabajo respectivo. Por lo menos algunas de las tareas o trabajos abarca la ejecucion de una respectiva de las instrucciones de pseudocodigo que comprenden una pluralidad de instrucciones de lenguaje de maquina. Cada una de las tareas o trabajos es procesado en una serie respectiva de segmentos de tiempo o ranuras de procesamiento bajo el control del respectivo enhebrado virtual y en cada contexto cambian entre diferentes enhebrados virtuales, tal cambio de contexto es emprendido solamente despues de la ejecucion consumada de una de las instrucciones de pseudocodigo que se ejecutan actualmente.
