Abstract
Se proporcionan un sistema de trocar y metodos asociados. De preferencia, el sistema de trocar tiene una canula, la cual a su vez posee un cuerpo de canula alargado. Un alojamiento de extremo de cuerpo de canula se conecta de manera que pueda separarse con facilidad con la porcion proxima del cuerpo de canula para alojar al menos una valvula en el mismo. La primera y segunda valvulas de trocar se colocan dentro del alojamiento de extremo de cuerpo de canula y cada una tiene un orificio en la porcion media de la misma. De preferencia, la primera valvula se coloca proxima a la segunda valvula. Un par de sujetadores de dedo, cada uno de los cuales son conectados con y se extienden hacia afuera de la porcion proxima del cuerpo de canula para sujetar la canula con los dedos de una mano de un usuario. Un trocar u otro instrumento se coloca dentro del cuerpo de canula.
