Abstract

Un Sistema de Cuentas por Cobrar (ARS) proporciona una opcion a un cliente para contratar fuentes externas para la funcion de cuentas por cobrar del cliente. El ARS esta dividido en cinco modulos separados, los cuales incluyen un Modulo de Investigacion de Credito, un Modulo de Procesamiento de Remesas, un Modulo de Reclamacion de Cuentas por Cobrar, un Modulo de Mantenimiento y un Modulo de Administracion. El ARS proporciona un campo de accion amplio de servicios de Credito y Cobranzas de deudas negociables involucrando evaluacion de credito, otorgamiento de credito, cobros del cliente y reconciliacion de cuenta, recepcion de efectivo, aplicacion y servicios bancarios, reporte de todas las cuentas por cobrar (A/R), consolidacion, incluyendo la preparacion y envio por correo de la declaracion del cliente, finalizacion con alimentaciones directas al sistema de mayor general del cliente (G/L) para la preparacion del estado financiero del cliente.
