Abstract

El objetivo de la invencion es simplificar la produccion de libros con bloques de libros redondeados. De acuerdo con la invencion, se utiliza un adhesivo tipo de fusion en caliente, reactivo a la luz UV, basado en un poliuretano que se reticula con humedad, para la adhesion en linea de bloques de libros despues de que se aplica el adhesivo. Los adhesivos que han de utilizarse contienen dobles enlaces olefinicamente insaturados, como los presentes en los derivados de acido acrilico o estireno por ejemplo, y grupos NCO. Las condiciones de procesamiento para la adhesion tienen que elegirse de modo que tales condiciones proporcionen las caracteristicas en las siguientes areas cuando se utiliza una pelicula adhesiva correspondiente: expansion > 100%, limite elastico > 0.5 N/mm° y de preferencia resistencia al rasgado > 1 N/mm°.
