Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un aparato para suministrar una corriente de vidrio contrachapado que tiene un vidrio del nucleo interno rodeado por un vidrio contrachapado externo que incluye un primer anillo refractario con orificio o anillo refractario con orificio superior (24) que tiene al menos un orificio (22) para recibir el vidrio del nucleo, y un segundo anillo refractario con orificio o anillo refractario con orificio inferior (26) asegurado debajo del primer anillo refractario con orificio y que tiene un segundo orificio (28) alineado con cada primer orificio. Una camara (30) para recibir el vidrio contrachapado esta formada entre los primero y segundo anillos refractarios con orificios que rodean el segundo orificio. Un manguito (58) es recibido en una abertura en el segundo anillo refractario con orificio para formar cada segundo orificio en el segundo anillo refractario con orificio. El manguito tiene una primera saliente que se extiende radialmente (62) soportada sobre una superficie superior (52) del segundo anillo refractario con orificio y un extremo del manguito espaciado hacia arriba desde la primera saliente para admitir el vidrio contrachapado desde la camara hasta el segundo orificio. La primera saliente espacia asi de manera efectiva el extremo del manguito arriba de la superficie del segundo anillo con orificio, eliminando cualquier necesidad de que el pedestal ceramico pueda desgastarse debido al flujo del vidrio contrachapado a lo largo de la superficie del segundo anillo refractario con orificio. La saliente permanece en contacto a tope enfrentado firme con la segunda superficie del anillo refractario con orificio, reduciendo la fuga del vidrio contrachapado entre el manguito y la superficie opuesta del segundo anillo con orificio.
