Description

REMOTEABLE ACTIONABLE MOTORIZED UNIT FOR DISPLACEMENT OF CURTAINS OR SIMILAR INSTALLED IN RIELS DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY Powered motor unit that can be operated remotely to move curtains or similar installed on rails. The sector of the technique of this patent is that of motorization of curtains, and fundamentally the one of domestic curtains of which they are installed in rails and of those that move along the corresponding rail, being the rail endowed with endless cords, so that the displacement of the cord does not modify the double length of this, which only moves according to the movement of the curtain. 15 Fixed systems for motorization of curtains are available on the market. They require a connection to the electricity supply, a special rail, and an installation for its activation. They are expensive, and especially difficult to foresee given the great variation of possibilities and types of curtain that could be installed. 20 There are several patents for the operation of blinds, which are made up of small simple fixing devices, among which we indicate: US 76556 (EP0702855) for a mini actuator system ? It is made up of a motor and a housing that supports the motor and the battery, the motor being coupled to the actuating rod of a louver blind, and actuating the displacement or opening of the louvers. the selection by means of a lighting sensor inside the corresponding room, or by a remote command operated by the user. EP0482252 for a control device for venetian blinds and curtains, is constituted by an infrared remote control device for venetian blinds and curtains, comprising a housing in which two engines are mounted one of them with a shaft with a wheel and with a slot to pull a rope and the other has an elongated shaft with a wheel to pull a rope with a slot and a ball chain wheel. It has a pair of pressing rollers located at the ends of the plates with two springs, mounted through the plates so that the pressing rollers are forced towards the grooves of the wheels that guide the cords to press the wheels, valid for several thicknesses of strings. It has a sensor to operate the Venetian curtain by remote control. US 27836 (EP0615081) for the control of two or more electric motors, constitutes a complex drive mechanism for curtains. US 4958112 consists of a device for the operation of curtain rails, provided with an electric motor and a pulley that moves the cord, the device is fixed to the wall and the cord requires two stops placed at predetermined positions in the cord. It works by means of a remote control device that allows the curtain to be opened and closed, however it does not allow it to stop in any desired position, and the device is not autonomous, since it must be fixed to the wall. AT 301089 consists of a device for operating the cords of the curtain which is in the lower loop of the cord by means of a pulley, comprises an electric motor, means for the electrical supply, such as, for example, a contact pin and a transformer, and an operating device provided with cables. The positions of the ends of the curtain are determined by the stops. The device is not autonomous since it requires the proximity of a contact pin to connect the device. In addition, the remote control system described is by means of a wire. The object of the present invention is a remotely operable motorized unit for moving curtains or the like installed on rails, which is installed by simply hanging from the curtain, and which is possibly fixed to the corresponding wall, which does not require installation, and which has an integrated load means, has a set of drive and pressure rollers configured so as to constitute a self-adjusting clutch. It also foresees an energy saving system, which, in the case of a motor unit that is basically autonomous, solves the problem of relatively high consumption of remote control receivers, which can consume the battery in a short time, even without being used .
The motorized unit comprising the present invention has a circuit comprising an energy saving system that solves said problem of electricity consumption. In order to clarify the explanation that will follow, four sheets of drawings are attached, which in five figures represent the essence of the present invention. Figure 1 shows a view of the motor assembly and remote operation in the corresponding example installation. Figure 2 shows a schematic view of the engine with its power battery. Figure 3 shows a sectional detail of the main drive pulley of the curtain. Figure 4 shows a view of a pulley mode with projections in which the actuation cord of the curtain is connected in a sinuous manner around said projections. Figure 5 shows a schematic view of a part of the development of said pulley. Figure 6 shows a block diagram of the electronic circuit. In these figures is represented by 1 the rail from which the curtain hangs, with 2 the curtain itself, with 3 the drive cords of the curtain, with 4 the motor box, with 5 the sensor of the remote control, with 6 the plug for recharging, with 7 the battery, with 8 the motor, with 9 the main pulley, with 10 the secondary pulleys with 14 the remote control, with 15 the inner profile of the pulley formed by a channel or internal perimeter in "V" shape, with 16 holes for optional fixing of the assembly to the wall, with 17 prominences arranged alternately inside the pulley, the one indicated in the drawing is not established as necessary. As for the block diagram, it is indicated with 20 the clock, with 21 the signal receiver, with 22 the main controller, with 23 programming, with 24 the motor controller. The present invention according to its schematic description above, is constituted by a set formed by a motor with a battery that provides energy and operational capacity for a time. This set does not require installation; it is simply installed by literally hanging the box 4 of the motor assembly, of the cords or balls, from now on, only the operating cords of the curtain 3 will be indicated, remaining available for continuous use. This set has a plug 6 for recharging, which by means of a cable of the appropriate length reaches a nearby network socket to obtain the recharge in few hours, retiring after said process. The equipment is autonomous by this, and given the limited use even in cases of intense use, and the capacity of the battery 7, the recharge determines a long operating duration of the whole. As the set that occupies this description is not attached to the network or requires installation, it has a current input so that the üáteéaÉ internal charger carry out the recharge by means of the connection through a cable of specific use for that moment. This entails the possibility that the motorized unit is only hanging on the cords on which it acts, and can be fixed by means of the corresponding holes that it has behind its body. Also given the weight of the battery attached to the mechanical assembly, it is not even necessary to install the unit except by hanging it from the curtain drive cords. The main pulley 9 is formed by a profile in the form of a deep "V", so that the tension of the tension on the driving cord determines the cohesion by pressing of said cord, which tends to press against the bottom; all this without prejudice to the fact that at the end of the route, the shape of said pulley constitutes a self-adjusting clutch, so that it skids without the traction deteriorating neither the cord nor the pulley, and without losing traction characteristics. The main pulley can be provided with projections 17 that accommodate the zigzag or sinuous winding cords between the cords, determining an optimum fastening of the cord to the pulley. As in this case the pulley can not fulfill the function of automatic clutch, electronic sensors have been provided which determine a predetermined end-of-stroke position and stop the motor accordingly. A form of modality follows from the explanation of the invention explained above.
The requested protection will be specified in a motorized unit remotely operable to move curtains installed on rails, characterized in that it comprises a unit itself constituted by: - Means of electrical power. -A reversible operating motor or reducing motor 8. -Means of receiving a signal 5. A remote control 14 generator of a signal, in such a way that through the command of the remote control, whose signal is received by the means of signal reception, the movement of the motor in one direction or another is determined. At least one pulley 9. said unit 4 being capable of being suspended in the cord 3 for driving the curtain, so that said cord 3 is partially housed on at least a part of the perimeter 15 of the pulley 9, and such that the weight of the unit 4 tends to maintain the cohesion between the cord 3 and the pulley 9, this weight being sufficient to compensate for the force of friction exerted by the curtain or the rail itself. - A mass capable of holding the maneuvering cord taut, said mass being constituted by a battery or electric accumulator; it has an outlet 6 whose connection to the network is made by means of a temporary or permanent connection cable for charging or feeding; it has a set of pulleys formed by a main pulley 9 and secondary pulleys, in which the main pulley is provided with a channel or internal perimeter 15 by which the curtain drive cord 3 is installed partially housed, said channel being endowed with a sectional shape of "V", whose internal development of the pulley is optionally provided with projections 17 alternately arranged in each part of its internal perimeter determining a sinuous or zigzag interlock of the cords of the curtain in the groove of said pulley, in which the secondary pulleys are preferably two, whose axes are in a plane superior to the main one, and arranged symmetrically with respect to it, said pulleys receiving the cords by the central part between them, in the that the proximity between the secondary pulleys determines the portion of perimeter in which the cord has contact with the main pulley 9, and in which it disposes some s end of stroke sensors and with them the power supply to the motor is interrupted. The energy saving system is formed by a circuit that includes a clock 20 that reports time pulses to the circuit, combined with a signal receiver of the remote control 21. The receiver 21 is permanently operated by the main controller, which through the clock signal previously programmed, acts on the receiver. The operation consists in that the main controller according to pre-established cycles, acting by controlling by means of said circuit, the opening of the reception during a small fraction of time of each cycle. For example, one millisecond of every thousand milliseconds, which means that the circuit is active 1/1000 of the time that would correspond to the activated permanent circuit. Consequently, once the signal is received in the circuit, the motor controller 24 will be activated through the corresponding programming, which coordinates a remote control signal with said receiver 21, which enables the remote controls to have several functions of control over different curtains. The described assembly is fully valid to move the functions of stores, venetian blinds or blinds of slats insofar as in order to exert said movement it is required to activate some drive cords. This invention is susceptible of industrial application for the manufacture of motors for remote operation of rail suspended curtains. ih * iÉMrfaÉ? é ?? laÉ?
