Abstract
Un metodo para fabricar un diafragma para bomba de polimero de capa multiple moldeado por inyeccion, que tiene un lado resistente a productos quimicos. El metodo puede incluir la inyeccion de material de polimero fundido de un primer tipo que tiene propiedades de resistencia a productos quimicos dentro de una primera cavidad del molde del diafragma para bomba, para producir una primera capa de diafragma para bomba; curando la primera capa de diafragma para bomba; aplicando un adhesivo a uno de los lados de la primera capa del diafragma para bomba; colocando la primera capa del diafragma para bomba en una segunda cavidad del molde de diafragma para bomba disenada para recibir una cantidad de un segundo tipo de material de polimero contra el lado cubierto con el adhesivo de la primera capa del diafragma para bomba; inyectando de material de polimero fundido del segundo tipo dentro de la segunda cavidad del molde de diafragma para bomba haciendo contacto con el adhesivo para producir una segunda capa del diafragma para bomba adherida a la primera capa del diafragma para bomba; curando la segunda capa del diafragma para bomba de tal manera que dichas primera y segunda capas del diafragma para bomba se adhieren una con la otra para formar un diafragma para bomba teniendo un lado que es resistente a productos quimicos.
