A DEALER FOR ADHESIVE TAPE BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a dispenser for adhesive tape that is widely used as stationary, and more particularly, to a dispenser for adhesive tape having automatic extraction and cutting means, so that the user can use a Adhesive tape conveniently.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREVIOUS TECHNIQUE In general, adhesive tapes as a multi-functional tape are wound onto a type of roll, and used in order to glue papers and other articles to other papers and articles. The conventional dispensers for the adhesive tape are made of a transparent acrylic material so that the user can verify at any time what remains of the adhesive tape on them. The dispenser for adhesive tape as above, is formed as a type of cylindrical body that has a round curve and one side of the dispenser opens to removably insert the adhesive tape. The dispenser for adhesive tape has a cylindrical projection to rotatably insert the adhesive tape in the form of a roll. The dispenser opening can be covered with paper materials. Also, the dispenser for adhesive tape has an outlet on the other side of the dispenser through which a front end of the adhesive tape can be pulled out, a support part located at a front end portion of the outlet to be able to adhere a certain part of the tape removed from the dispenser, and a sawing part integrally formed in a front part of the dispenser support part. However, the dispenser for conventional adhesive tape like the previous one has a disadvantage that, when a user uses the adhesive tape in the dispenser, the user has to separate the adhesive tape that adheres in the support part of the dispenser, take one end of the adhesive tape with the hand, and throw it away whenever necessary, so that the rolled adhesive tape inserted in the projection of the dispenser can be rotated and removed. The dispenser for conventional adhesive tape has another additional disadvantage that, after the user adheres the adhesive tape removed from the support part, the user can cut it by pushing it against the saw-tooth part, and the whole procedure for using the tape Adhesive should be considered manually and inconveniently. The dispenser for adhesive tape has yet another disadvantage that, an adhesive strength of the adhesive tape is weakened by fingerprints or dirt adhered to an adhesive surface of the adhesive tape, since the user takes the adhesive tape by hand, and when the adhesive tape is adhered to material for sticking the adhesive tape, a state of adhesion thereof is very dirty appearance due to the toothed section of the adhesive tape that is cut by the cutting part on saw teeth.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide a dispenser for adhesive tape having an automatic extraction and cutting means which can be automatically removed from the adhesive tape whenever necessary without being pulled by hand and automatically cut off completely by an adhesive. cutter, so that the user can use the adhesive tape in a convenient way. To achieve the object, the dispenser for adhesive tape according to the present invention includes a dispenser body in the form of a gun having a removable cover, an extraction means for extracting an adhesive tape from the dispenser body, and having a handle trigger that emerges out of one side of the dispenser body and a pair of drums that rotate in integration with the trigger handle, and a cutting means for cutting the adhesive tape that is removed by the dispenser extraction means, and having a driving means mounted on a portion of the gun tube of the dispenser body, a lever interlocked with the operating means and a cutter mounted on a front end of the lever. The dispenser for adhesive tape according to the present invention can remove the adhesive tape from the body of the dispenser whenever necessary by placing a finger on the trigger handle and throwing it several times without pulling the adhesive tape by hand, and can completely cut the adhesive tape extracted by the cutter when the user pulls the handling means.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED MODALITY Figure 1 is a perspective view showing a separate state of a dispenser for adhesive tape and a cover according to the present invention, and Figure 2 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a state of installing an extraction means and a cutting means in the dispenser for adhesive tape according to the present invention. As shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, a dispenser for adhesive tape according to the present invention includes a gun-shaped dispenser body 100 having a removable cover 1 10 and a projection 101 for removably mounting an adhesive tape 400; an extraction means for extracting the adhesive tape 400 from the dispenser body 100, and having a trigger handle 220 exiting out through an opening 102 in one side of the dispenser body 100, a pair of drums 200 rotating in integration with trigger handle 220; and a cutting means for cutting the adhesive tape 400 that is removed by the removal means from the dispenser body 100, and having a handling means 300 mounted on a portion of the gun tube of the dispenser body 100, a lever 320 latching with the operating means 300 and a cutter 330 mounted on a front end of the lever 320. As shown in Figure 2 and Figure 3, the extraction means having the trigger handle 220 and the drums 200 are mounted in a front part of the projection 101 of the body of the dispenser 100. Figure 4 is an exploded perspective view of the extraction means according to the present invention and Figure 5 is a perspective view showing the assembled state of the extraction means of according to the present invention, as shown in Figure 4. Referring to Figure 4 and Figure 5, the structure of the extraction means according to the present invention is explained in more detail then. The trigger handle 220 has a push fastener 222 supported by a second spring 223 and mounted by a pin. The extraction means further includes a support part 230 having a pair of insertion parts 231 which are located at both lateral ends of the support part 230, exposed outside the drums 200 and fixedly inserted in a pair of grooves. 103 on both sides of the dispenser body 100, and a fastener 232 supported by a third spring 233 and mounted by a pin in a corresponding relationship with the push fastener 222, a roller 240 mounted on a front end of an upper part of the support part 230 by a pin to operate without load, and a shaft pin 210 for inserting the trigger handle 220 and the support part 230. The trigger handle 220 is rotatably inserted in the shaft pin 210 and supported in the support part 230 by a first spring 221 inserted in the shaft pin 210. Between the drums 200 and the adhesive tape 400 inserted in the projection 101, a guide bar 105 is mounted to guide the adhesive tape 400, so that the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape can be contacted smoothly over a peripheral surface of the drums 200. In case the adhesive tape 400 is removed while a diameter of the adhesive tape 400 becomes smaller and smaller, a serrated protrusion 234 of the support part 230 prevents the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 400 makes contact with the rear part of the insertion part 231 of the support part 230. On the inner peripheries of the drums 200 which are inserted in a rotary fashion at both ends of the shaft pin 210, a multi-phase fastener 201 is formed to contact and trap the front end portions of the fastener 232 and the push fastener 22, and over the outer peripheries of the drums 200, the slots are formed 202 for belts. A shaft 250 having auxiliary rollers 251 inserted therein and which is at certain intervals away from the drums 200 by means of interval maintenance means 252, is coupled with the drum 200 by the belts 260 in order to be able to rotate with the drum 200. It is preferable that the outer peripheries of the auxiliary rollers 251 are formed as a type of gear to minimize a contact area of the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 400, thereby smoothly removing the adhesive tape 400. Figure 6 is a Perspective view showing the separate cutting means of the dispenser for adhesive tape according to the present invention, Figure 7 is a perspective view showing a disassembly of the cutting means according to the present invention, and Figure 8a and Figure 8b are views of explanation of the main operation of the cutting means according to the present invention. Referring to Figure 6 to Figure 8, the structure of the cutting means according to the present invention is explained in more detail below. Within the gun tube portion of the dispenser body 100, a lever 320 is mounted by a pin, and a rear part of the lever 320 is supported by a fourth spring 321. At the rear of the gun tube portion , an end portion of a movable fastener 310 rotatably mounted by a pin engages. An upper part of the movable fastener 310 engages the operating means 301 slidably moved over the gun tube portion, so that when the operating means 301 is moved, the movable fastener 310 can move in a rotatable manner. The lever 320 has a pair of projections 322 on both sides of a front end thereof, and an elastic steel wire 323 is inserted in the center of the lever 320. The cutter 330 having a pair of holes 331 for inserting the projections 322 of the lever 320 and a pressing means 340 having a pair of guide grooves 341 for the projections 322 of the lever 320, engages the lever 320, and a front end of the steel wire 323 is inserted into an omen of the pushing means 340 so that the cutter 330 and the pushing means 340 move up and down. In case of cutting the adhesive tape 400, the pushing means 340 is lowered and pushes the adhesive tape 400 in the end part of the outlet 104 in order that the adhesive tape 400 does not move, and the cutter 330 is lowered and cut the adhesive tape 400 between the end portion of the outlet 104 of the dispenser body 100 and the auxiliary rollers 251. The gun tube portion has a curved pressure part, round 106 having the front end portion thereof, in which the cutting means is mounted. The pressure part 106 can press the extracted adhesive tape through the outlet 104 of the dispenser body 100 without touching the adhesive tape with the hand. The unexplained reference numerals 107 and 108 are articulation pins, by each of which the movable fastener 310 and the lever 320 are mounted on the cutting means. Now a process for inserting the adhesive tape into the dispenser for adhesive tape according to the present invention will be explained. As shown in Figure 1, the user separates the front end portion of the rolled adhesive tape 400 from the rolled adhesive tape 400, removes the cover 1 10 from the dispenser body 100 and inserts the adhesive tape 400 into the body of the dispenser 100. The front end of the adhesive tape 400 passes through the guide bar 105, the drums 200, the roller 240, and the auxiliary roller 251, and is inserted into the outlet 104 in order to be exposed outwardly. At this time, the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape contacts the surface of the drum 200, the roller 240, and the auxiliary roller 251. The cover 1 10 is connected to the body of the dispenser 100. A process for removing the adhesive tape from the dispenser body 100 will now be explained. The user takes the dispenser body 100 by hand and pulls the trigger handle 220 exposed out through of the slot 102 of the dispenser body 100 by the user's finger. The first spring supporting the trigger handle 220 is compressed, so that the trigger handle 220 rotates on the shaft pin 210.
The push fastener 222 having a front end engaged with the teeth of the latching mechanism of the inner periphery of the drum 200 is rotated with the trigger handle 220 and pushes the drum 200 so that the drums 200 rotate in the sinister direction. When the drums 200 rotate as above, the adhesive tape adhered to the surface of the drums 200 is pulled and the rolled adhesive tape inserted into the projection 101 of the dispenser body 100 is rotated. At this time, the roller 240 mounted on the support part 230 by a pin to be located on the upper side of the drum 200 operates without load and pulls the adhesive tape 400 to be removed smoothly. When the drums 200 rotate like the previous ones, the auxiliary rollers 251 connected to the drums 200 by the belts 260 also rotate to hold the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 400. The outer peripheries of the auxiliary rollers 251 are formed as a gear, such that the adhesive tape 400 can be smoothly drawn through the outlet 104, since the auxiliary roller 251 has a small contact area to the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 400. When the drums 200 rotate in the sinister direction, the fastening fastener 232 rotates the third spring 233 depressed to release the latch mechanism 201 from the drums 200, so that the drums 200 can rotate freely.
If the user releases the pulled trigger handle 220, the push fastener 222 is released from the latching mechanism 201 of the inner periphery of the drum 200, since the first spring 221 has a higher tension than the second spring 223 that supports the fastener of push 222, and trigger handle 220 is restored to its original position. The drums 200 are held by the clamping fastener 232 through the tension of the third spring 233 to maintain the rotated position. Therefore, the drums 200 are rotated as much as the number of times the trigger handle 220 is pulled. By the process as above, the user can remove the adhesive tape 400 from the body of the dispenser 100 whenever necessary without pulling it by hand. As the user uses the rolled adhesive tape 400, it becomes smaller and smaller. Therefore, when the adhesive tape 400 passes through the guide bar 105, the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 400 adheres to the back surface of the support part 230 and thus the adhesive tape is not removed well in spite of pulling the trigger handle 220. However, the dispenser for adhesive tape according to the present invention can prevent the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 400 from contacting the back of the support part 230 by the serrated protrusion 234 of the same, so that the adhesive tape can be extracted well, although becoming smaller. A process for cutting the adhesive tape in the dispenser for adhesive tape according to the present invention will now be explained. If the user wishes to cut the adhesive tape 400 removed from the body of the dispenser 100 whenever necessary, the user pulls the operating means 300 mounted on the upper part of the body of the dispenser 100 with the user's finger. As shown in Figure 8a, as the movable fastener 310 rotates on the hinge pin, the rear part of the lever 320 rises and the front part thereof is lowered. The cutter 330 connected to the front end of the lever 320 is lowered by the projections 322 of the lever 320 and the pressing means 340 is also lowered by the steel wire 323 of the lever 320. The pressing means 340 presses the upper part of the adhesive tape 400 extracted through the outlet 104 and stopped by the end portion of the outlet 104. However, the cutter 330 can move lower, since the projection 322 of the lever 320 inserted in the holes 331 of the cutter 330 move downward together with the guide slot 341 of the pressure medium 340. As shown in Figure 8b, as the steel wire 323 inserted in the pressure medium 340 is bent, the cutter 330 is lowered with the lever 320, to cut the adhesive tape 400. As described above, the cutter 330 can cut off completely, since the pressure means 340 and the end portion of the outlet 104 firmly press the front of the adhesive tape 400. If the user releases the pulled handling means 300 after cutting the adhesive cover 400, the back of the lever 320 it returns to its original position by a tension of the fourth spring 321, so that the operating means 300 naturally recovers to its original position by the movable fastener 310, which is rotated in the sinister direction. The cutter 330 and the pressure medium 340 connected to the front end of the lever 320 also quickly rise to their original position so that the dispenser for adhesive tape is in good condition to cut the adhesive tape again. As described hereinafter, the cutting end of the adhesive tape 400 is adhered to the end portion of the outlet 104. Therefore, when using the dispenser for adhesive tape according to the present invention, the user places and lightly press the adhesive tape adhered to the end part of the outlet 104 on the materials to stick the adhesive tape. Therefore, the adhesive strength of the adhesive tape 400 is not weak. If the user wishes to remove the adhesive tape 400 in the dispenser according to the present invention long, after removing the adhesive tape 400 so much that it contacts the pressure part 106 of the dispenser body 100, the user pin the front end of the extracted adhesive tape 400 on the materials and presses it when using the fully curved pressure part 106 in the front end portion of the dispenser body 100, so that the front end of the adhesive tape 400 adheres to the materials. When the body of the dispenser 100 is moved while the pressure part 106 of the dispenser body 100 presses the removed adhesive tape as described above, the rolled adhesive tape 400 inserted in the projection 101 of the dispenser body 100 is continuously removed without rotating the discs. drums 200 by the trigger handle 220, and the adhesive tape 400 is adhered by the pressure part 106 of the dispenser body 100. When the user pulls the handling means 300 with the user's finger after the adhesive tape always adheres the user wishes, the cutter is lowered and cut the adhesive tape 400, so that the adhesive strength of the adhesive tape 400 is kept well and the user can use the adhesive tape in a convenient manner. Although the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that variations thereto can be made without departing from the scope of. the present invention as claimed hereinafter.
