Abstract
The invention relates to a remote-controlled switch which can be used to reduce execution and transfer times. Since it can be programmed, the switch can be used for different applications, such as for electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and general use purposes. In addition, the production cost of the innovative device is relatively low and the installation and operation thereof are very simple and require only 20 minutes of training.
Description
WIRELESS PROGRAMMABLE SWITCH
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The programmable wireless switch was designed for companies of electricity or potable water submanagers, its objective is to avoid costs and loss of time when making a cut or reconnection of the aforementioned services.
BACKGROUND At present, a company that provides drinking water and / or electricity services has a very large number of users, therefore, delinquent users are also many, approximately 30 percent of the total of their users, so both for these companies it is quite time consuming and expensive to make the cuts to the defaulter users, with the wireless programmable switch, this is drastically reduced in cost and in time, since its operation and installation are very simple. Suppose that a lighting company has 10,000 users, identified with the numbers 000001 to 010000. The user with the number 567 has not paid the electricity on time, therefore the company decides that it has to make immediate cut of the electricity supply to said user. The department of cuts of this company, sends a crew of several men get into a vehicle that moves them to the address where the user number 567 is, upon arrival they open the meter and place an insulating material between the blades of the meter and the electricity supply, they immediately place the meter again they get on their vehicle and they are transported to the next address where there is a cut ... The company currently takes about 40 minutes to make a cut, if not there is a lot of traffic and the address is in a place of easy access, besides the costs for the company, for the fact of making a power cut, apart from delays are expensive, because the company has to pay the men who make up the gangs of cuts, have to pay gasoline, maintenance to the vehicle and add a lock with value of approximately 80 dollars, which is no longer used in another meter but in the one that ut Initially, also when the user makes the payment, the reconnection procedure is identical to the cutting procedure, except that the padlock ring is no longer set. Using the Wireless Programmable Switch, this is drastically reduced in cost and time, because to make the same cut, it is enough to enter the contract number and indicate that a cut will be made. In 35 seconds the cut will have been made and When the user makes the payment, a person will type his contract number and indicate that a reconnection will be made and in 35 seconds the reconnection will have been made. No similar electronic device capable of wirelessly performing this function has been found.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The Wireless Programmable Switch is a radiocontrolled and microcontrolled electronic device that groups 7 relays that can be turned on or off without any problem and at the time you want from a computer located in a remote place regardless of the amount of Wireless Programmable Switch to control. These can be controlled in distances from the same building, to a whole country. Each Wireless Programmable Switch has a number that identifies it and allows the control of each one of the seven relays that in turn are identified with letters from A to G, thus enabling or disabling only one of the relays of only one Switch
Programmable Wireless not affecting the operation of the other Switch
Programmable Wireless and achieving, so turn off or turn on only the reel you want.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
Figure 1 is a Front View of the Wireless Programmable Switch. Here the houses of the seven users are connected to control the supply of electricity or drinking water, where (1) is the receptacle where the driver who is going to carry electricity is connected to the user's house, (2) it is a led that indicates that the card is on and (3) is a label that tells us the identification number of the Wireless Programmable Switch
Figure 2 is a Rear View of the Wireless Programmable Switch Here only the receptacles are located where the conductor that supplies the electricity that is to be delivered to the user is connected, for example, the driver that supplies the power to the user.
Claims (6)
- CLAIMS Having sufficiently described my invention, I consider it as a novelty and therefore claim as my exclusive property what is contained in the following clauses. 1. - Wireless Programmable Switch, characterized in that its main components are a DTMF tone decoder, a PIC microprocessor and a group of seven relays. 2.- Wireless Programmable Switch, characterized in that the link of the two main components are made by means of an NPN transistor, eliminating the potential in the input pins of the processor which in turn are sent in binary form from the decoder with a positive potential 3.-Wireless Programmable Switch, characterized in that it can control seven relays independently that are coupled by an NPN whose positive potential comes from the Microcontroller which in turn receives the necessary potential to eliminate the electrical signal in its input pins, causing the PIC "understand" that arrived a 1. 4.- Wireless Programmable Switch, characterized because it stores, through its link with the decoder and the NPN transistors, the total chain of instructions, being these interpreted in binary system and managing to turn on or off only the reel that you wish to control, not limiting the number of relays on or off in each Wireless Programmable Switch, nor the number of Non-Flammable Programmable Switches to be controlled. 5. - Programmable Inalamabrico Switch, characterized because due to the conjunction of the components it manages in only 35 seconds to execute the orders transmitted from a computer jointly with the transmitter. 6.- Wireless Programmable Switch, characterized because regardless of the medium in which the instructions are received, they can be executed correctly.
