Abstract
La invencion proporciona un proceso para separar minerales de un material que contiene el mineral por flotacion con espuma que comprende formar una pulpa acuosa de partículas del material que contiene el mineral, someter la pulpa a flotacion en la presencia de uno o más colectores de tionocarbamato de dialquilo, permitir la separacion preferencial de las partículas en la pulpa para que ocurra la formacion de fracciones de Rechazo y Aceptacion y separa las fracciones de Rechazo y Aceptacion. En este proceso se agrega el colector de tionocarbamato de dialquilo al material que contiene el mineral o pulpa en 1 forma de una emulsion aceite en agua que comprende colector de tionocarbamato de dialquilo en una cantidad de 5 a 95% por peso, emulsificador en una cantidad de 1 a 30% por peso y agua en una cantidad de 5 a 95% por peso. La emulsion de tionocarbamato de dialquilo es también un producto novedoso.
