Abstract

Esta invencion proporciona un método para determinar si un compuesto es capaz de suprimir las funciones ras comprendiendo: (a) contactar una cantidad efectiva de compuesto con células de fibroblasto de embrion de rata clonada transformada Ha-ras bajo condiciones permitiendo al compuesto el suprimir las funciones ras en las células, y (b) la expresion o inhibicion de cierto gene o genes indicadores, de modo que determina si el compuesto es capaz de suprimir la funcion ras. Esta invencion además proporciona el compuesto determinado y una composicion farmacéutica comprendiendo la composicion y una carrera farmaceuticamente aceptable. Esta invencion además proporciona el método para generar células de fibroblasto de embrion de rata clonada transformada Ha-ras cambiada transcripcional. Esta invencion además proporciona las células generadas y los diferentes usos de las células.
