Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un aparato y a un método para manufacturar clincker, tal como clincker de cemento, en donde la mayoría de la materia prima está presente en una suspension espesa acuosa. Inicialmente, se seca la suspension espesa en un secador de suspension de gas y la materia prima se pasa subsecuentemente a una unidad térmica en donde se efectua el calentamiento de la materia prima muy rápido de manera que todos los compuestos orgánicos son destruidos en la unidad térmica. Subsecuente el calentamiento en la unidad térmica, la materia prima es dirigida al horno en donde es nodulizada y quemada a clincker.
