Abstract

Se describe un método de apilado con barrenas continuas y un equipo de gusano de paleta continua, en el que una barrena se aplica a la tierra para someterse a una primera fase de penetracion y a una segunda fase de retiro, y en el que la velocidad giratoria y/o la velocidad de penetracion y/o el par de torsion aplicado a las barrenas durante la primera fase de penetracion se determinan y se controlan como una funcion de las condiciones de la tierra y la geometría de las barrenas por medio de una computadora electronica de modo que se tienda a mantener las paletas de las barrenas; durante la fase de retiro, se puede suministrar concreto a la punta de las barrenas mediante medios de medicion y control de flujo, controlándose la velocidad de retiro de las barrenas como una funcion de la velocidad de flujo del concreto o viceversa, por medio de una computadora electronica para asegurar que se suministre suficiente concreto para mantener por lo menos la punta de las barrenas sumergida en concreto durante el retiro.
