Abstract

Una composicion autolubricante que contiene por lo menos de alrededor de 70 a aproximadamente 99.5% en peso de un polímero termoplástico y de alrededor de 30 a aproximadamente 0.5% en peso de un sistema lubricante, en donde el sistema lubricante contiene polietileno de peso molecular alto y bajo, ceras de polietileno, sales metálicas, antioxidantes y estabilizadores; la composicion es adecuada para la fabricacion de artículos configurados, v.gr., engranes, poleas, rodillos y cojinetes, que tienen propiedades mejoradas de friccion y desgaste de superficie.
