Abstract

Se describe un proceso y una planta para envasar sustancias en estado fluido, los cuales son pegajosas o suaves a la temperatura ambiente o a la temperatura de manejo, en donde la sustancia (A) es vaciada en un molde (1) provisto con orificios y revestido, por medio de termoformacion a vacío, con una película delgada de material plástico (4) el cual es no pegajoso a la temperatura ambiente y compatible, en el estado fluido, con la sustancia pegajosa o suave (etapa I). La superficie libre de esta sustancia formada de este modo es enfriada (etapa II) y finalmente cubierta con un material no pegajoso (25) el cual es luego sellado por calor con la película (etapa III). Los materiales de sellado son finalmente cortados en la region de la union sellada (etapa IV).
