Abstract

Un dispositivo de fijacion de hueso, en particular para la fijacion al sacro para la osteosíntesis de la columna vertebral, comprende medios de union alargados que reciben por lo menos un tornillo sujetador de hueso (2), el cual pasa a través de un orificio (7) formado en los medios de union. En el fondo de los medios de union está incluida una superficie de apoyo (7a) de seccion transversal esencialmente circular. La cabeza (21) del tornillo incluye una superficie esencialmente esférica para apoyarse contra dichas superficies de apoyo. Los medios de union incluyen una primera rosca (8) en la vecindad de dicho orificio. El dispositivo incluye además un tapon (3) que tiene una segunda rosca (304) apropiada para co-operar con la primera rosca, siendo el tapon apropiado para entrar en contacto de sujecion contra dicha cabeza de tornillo (21) para mantenerla en una posicion angular deseada.
