Abstract

Un proceso para la preparacion de amoniaco a partir de un gas de síntesis que contiene hidrogeno y nitrogeno, el cual comprende los pasos de: (a) mezclar con el gas de síntesis, el gas de reciclo desde un paso de separacion (f) y (g), (b) presurizar el gas mezclado del paso (a), (c) dividir el gas del paso (b) en una primera corriente de gas de relleno y una segunda corriente de gas de relleno; (d) introducir la primera corriente de gas de relleno en un primer reactor de amoníaco, y retirar una primera corriente del proceso rica en amoníaco, (e) introducir la segunda corriente de gas de relleno de amoníaco en un segundo reactor de amoníaco, y retirar una segunda corriente del proceso rica en amoníaco, (f) separar el amoníaco de la primera corriente del proceso, y reciclar el resto de la corriente del proceso hacia el paso (a); (g) separar el amoníaco de la segunda corriente del proceso, y reciclar el resto de la corriente del proceso hacia el paso (a), (b) combinar el amoníaco separado del paso (f) y del paso (g), y retirar una corriente de producto de amoníaco.
