Abstract

Un sistema para prevenir la actividad de llamadas fraudulentas en una red de telecomunicaciones cuando ocurre una falla de identificacion de numero automática (ANIF) en un conmutador que intenta procesar una llamada dentro de la red. Cuando ocurre la ANIF, un operador obtiene informacion equivalente a una identificacion de numero automática (ANI) de la parte que llama y el sistema determina si la llamada es de un tipo que podría no haber sido restringida que tiene ANIF que no ocurrio. Si la llamada que en otras circunstancias podría no haber sido restringida que tiene la ANIF que no ocurrio, el sistema asigna automáticamente una restriccion de facturacion de bloqueo a la llamada la cual permitirá unicamente tipos de llamadas específicas (tales como las que se cree son los métodos de facturacion alternativos más seguros de cobro o tarjeta de crédito) y bloquea otros tipos de llamadas.
