Abstract

Se describe un procedimiento para preparar un compuesto de trans-3-fenilglicidamidaopticamente activo, que comprende someter un compuesto de trans-3-fenilglicidamida racémico de la formula (I): en donde el anillo A es benceno substituido o no substituido, y R1 es H o alquilo inferior, para resolucion optica usando un microorganismo que tiene la capacidad de hidrolizar de preferencia un isomero de (2S, 3R) o un isomero de (2R, 3S) del mismo, y un procedimiento para preparar un derivado de 1,5-benzotiazepina opticamente activo a partir del compuesto de trans-3-fenilglicidamida opticamente activo así obtenido.
