Abstract

Un aparato para liberar con seguridad una substancia fluida peligrosa a una estructura receptora, que comprende: un cilindro de surtido que contiene dicha substancia fluida y que tiene una puerta de liberacion de cilindro de surtido; un recipiente de contencion de alta presion que tiene una pared de recipiente, para recibir y encerrar con seguridad dicho cilindro de surtido; primeros medios de tubería de alta presion que se extienden desde, y en comunicacion de fluido con, dicha puerta de liberacion de cilindro de surtido hacia una puerta del recipiente en dicha pared de recipiente; y una válvula de recipiente en comunicacion del fluido con los primeros medios de tubería mencionados para controlar liberacion de dicha substancia fluida desde el cilindro de surtido y desde dicho recipiente; la válvula del recipiente inclutye preferiblemente un ensamble de válvula detector de substancia fluida montado en la puerta del recipiente, para cortar automaticamente el flujo de la substancia fluida en la puerta del recipiente por deteccion de las sustancias fluidas fuera del recipiente de contencion; la válvula del recipiente incluye preferiblemente un controlador de orificio reducido; un procedimiento de liberacion de una substancia fluida peligrosa desde un cilindro de surtido que tiene una válvula de liberacion de cilindro de surtido que usa el aparato anteriormente descrito, incluyendo los pasos de colocar el cilindro de surtido en el recipiente de contencion; conectar la válvula de liberacion de cilindro de surtido al tubo que se extiende dentro del recipiente de contencion; abrir la válvula de liberacion de cilindro y la válvula de recipiente para liberar la substancia fluida desde el cilindro de surtido y desde el recipiente de contencion.
