Abstract
En la produccion de papeles continuos asentados con aire, es posible adicionar materiales de polvos superabsorbentes, tipicamente por la adicion ya sea de antemano, al material de fibra que se distribuye, o subsecuentemente, es decir, al lado de la parte superior de un papel continuo ya formado, entre las capas sucesivamente formadas del mismo. Ambos métodos comprenden desventajas, y con la invencion se ha reconocido que es ventajoso introducir el material de polvo en una etapa intermedia entre el suministro inicial de las fibras a la unidad de asentamiento con aire y la formacion final del papel continuo. De esta manera, una primera distribucion gruesa del polvo se efectua de una manera obligatoria, independientemente del suministro inicial del material de fibra, mientras que la distribucion final del polvo se efectua por medio de los mismos flujos de aire que provocan que la distribucion final del material de fibra forman la capa uniforme del papel continuo. De esta manera, el polvo se mezcla efectivamente de una manera uniforme en el material de fibra.
