Abstract
La presente invencion se refiere a un método para la preparacion y restauracion de la funcionalidad del equipo sujeto a corrosion interna durante su operacion a presion alta o media en una planta para la síntesis de urea. Este método comprende: 1) la limpieza del área corroída; 2) la formacion, en el área limpiada, de superficies apropiadas de soporte y/o sujecion para la colocacion de nuevo revestimiento metálico; 3) la formacion de nuevo revestimiento, sellado, anticorrosivo, obtenido mediante la colocacion y soldadura de elementos planos y placas metálicas adecuadamente conformadas y colocadas una junto a la otra para llegarse a adaptar al perfil interno del equipo, de modo que los espacios e intersticios por debajo de este nuevo revestimiento, se comunican todos con al menos un orificio de drenaje presente en el equipo resistente a la presion. La reparacion completa es llevada a cabo a través del orificio de registro del equipo y hace posible la restauracion de su funcionalidad por tiempos similares a la duracion normal de equipo correspondiente recién construido.
