Abstract

Un proceso para producir un tubo de intercambio de calor plano que tiene pasajes paralelos de refrigerante en su interior y que comprende paredes superior e inferior planas, paredes laterales opuestas y una pluralidad de paredes de refuerzo conectadas entre las paredes superior e inferior, que se extienden longitudinalmente del tubo y separadas entre si por una distancia predeterminada, utilizando un tren de laminado que comprende un rodillo de trabajo central u una pluralidad de rodillo de trabajo planetarios dispuestos alrededor de una porcion de la periferia del rodillo de trabajo central y separados circunferencialmente del mismo, estando el rodillo de trabajo central con ranuras anulares paralelas en la periferia del mismo. Se lamina una forja de una hoja de aluminio que comprende una hoja de soldadura fuerte por el tren de laminado y con ello se adelgaza a un espesor predeterminado para formar una porcion plana que sirve como la pared inferior, ocasionando que las ranuras anulares en los extremos de laminado opuesto, formen porciones verticales que proporcionan las paredes laterales respectivas y las otras ranuras anulares formen las salientes verticales que proporcionan las paredes de refuerzo, proyectándose las porciones verticales y las salientes verticales de la porcion plana integralmente con la misma. Una hoja de aluminio que comprende una hoja de soldadura fuerte que se coloca sobre todas las salientes para proporcionar la pared superior y se una con las porciones verticales para hacer que las porciones verticales sirvan como las paredes laterales opuestas, y las salientes de la pared inferior, se unen con la pared superior para formar las paredes de refuerzo.
