Abstract

La presente invencion describe métodos y composiciones para preparar espumas rígidas poniendo en contacto un poliisocianato con una mezcla de polioles que comprende: a) de aproximadamente 40 a 95% en peso de un poliéster o poliéter poliol; b) una cantidad catalítica de un sistema catalizador que comprende un catalizador primario y un catalizador de sal de aminoácido de la sarcosina; y c) un agente de soplado no derivado de clorofluorocarbono (no-CFC).
