Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a una hoja superior permeable al líquido para un artículo absorbente desechable, que tiene un peso base de 10 a 40 gramos/yarda cuadrada (12 a 48 gramos/metro cuadrado), y que consiste en un cuerpo con aberturas, comprendiendo cuando menos la porcion superior del mismo tela no tejida preparada mediante la formacion de una trama que comprende una mezcla homogénea del 1 al 50 por ciento en peso de fibras formadas en estando fundido, y del 99 al 50 por ciento en peso de fibras sintéticas básicas de 1.2 a 5 denier, y se hidroenredan las fibras para formar una tela para formar aberturas efectivas a través del espesor de la tela.
