A DISPOSABLE BODY FLUIDS ABSORBENT GARMENT (PANTIE-LINER) COMPRISES A BREATHABLE AS WELL AS BODY FLUIDS ABSORBENT TOPSHEET 6 MADE OF HYDROPHILIC, PREFERABLY CELLULOSIC FIBERS AND FORMED WITH A PLURALITY OF THROUGH-HOLES EACH HAVING A DIAMETER OF 0.3 ~ 3 MM, A BREATHABLE BACKSHEET 7 AND INTERMEDIATE SHEET LAYER 8 DISPOSED BETWEEN THE TOPSHEET 6 AND THE BACKSHEET 7 AND COMPRISING A PLURALITY OF BREATHABLE NONWOVEN FABRIC SHEETS 12, 13, 14 MADE OF THERMOPLASTIC SYNTHETIC FIBERS INCLUDING A LIQUID PERMEATION RESISTANT MELT BLOWN NONWOVEN FABRIC SHEET 12.
